I am from Andhra pradesh (Tollywood) and I can say that there is a lot of nepotism here in tollywood but unlike Bollywood here even the top stars encourage new talent and promote small and upcoming heroes and also sometimes attend their audio and movie release functions.That's why you can see more fresh talent and more content oriented films here.
