Thank you for posting on this buried subject that is now becoming more and more revealed. A good book that is very good and easy to understand titled: 1666 Redemption through Sun. Author Robert Sepehr. He’s a great anthropologist who graduated from UCLA. He posts videos w 3 channels but the most recent posts are on channel titled: Robert Sepehr. The book 1666 Redemption through Sin also helps tie many of the puzzle pieces from then until now. Also not too far from where events took place, the author also shows the beginning of the Illuminati Bovarian Society took place within the same areas of Sabati Zevi and Jacob Frank took place. Gods are percieved as exterior, but consider that archetypes are symbols (language). what do they communicate, if not a relationship with the exterior world we live? Gnostics got it all wrong. They believe God can be found (externally or internally) by way of knowledge. But, God is only found through the doorway of perfect love and perfect humility (Christ). The Gnostics miss the heart & soul of God. I respect their sincere efforts to find truth. But, in their quest, they are without Gods heart. Thus, they will never truly find God.
@Body Armor Of The Rock Imo, Christ is both a literal and a metaphorical figure. Christ upon the cross represents the complete death of pride and the only doorway to God. God is of the nature of perfect dignity. Tho, the only way to perfect dignity (God), is through the doorway of perfect humility (Christ).
Who or what is the "hidden god" of Gnosticism, and what does that have to do with Protestantism? God is not hidden and asleep relying on the rich elite to govern society as they see fit.
Actually gnosis is about direct experience with God, a spiritual connection rather through the knowledge of what one would read in a book written by other people. The Gnostic way is more Christian than the orthodox Christian way because it is from the heart. The heart leads one to a connection with God. One comes to have a personal experience of God directly, not through a church, a priest, a bishop, or a pope. The modern Christian tradition is removed from the true spirit of Christ. It is lackluster, cultic, and far removed from the true beauty and love of Christ and of God.
@@brittanicolette13 I know little about Catholicism, the Pope or, Bishops. Tho, traditional Christianity has practical reasons why its structured the way that it is. In a general sense, the Christian church is a place of fellowship: Matthew 18:20 "For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Pastors and Priests are theologically educated in Gods Word. Thus, their formal Bibilcal education and their passion for their calling can often qualify them to provide greater insights into the scriptures and enable them to translate it into practical means for the everyday person in the modern world. Christianity teaches us each to develop and foster a personal and uniquely intimate relationship with God. To invite Christ directly into our vulnerable heart. And, to develop a close and intimate relationship with God by calling out to Him in times of need, through prayers; through sharing your hopes and dreams with God, and by asking for His help, strength, courage, and council; and, by learning to be silent and to listen objectively to Gods loving words of guidance and encouragement. I believe that we enable God to reach us deepest when we are broken, bcuz, only then will our fractured pride enable us to surrender ourselves in humility and to sincerely ask for help; to invite God into our heart to ask for guidance and strength beyond our own means. To acknowledge that we need Christs help and that we are incapable of saving ourselves and reaching God on our own. Gnosticism, in a general sense, seems to be about direct experience with God, through gaining gnosis/knowledge. It differs from traditional Christianity multiple ways, and imo, the most important fundamental message of Christ and Christianity, (that we can not save ourselves). According to traditional Christianity, as generally understood and accepted by most Christians in the modern world, we must rely solely upon Christ alone for our saving grace, not upon any knowledge, & not upon ourselves. Whereas, nothing that we can do ourselves will save us, except through Christ (who is someone very different then us). It is said that our saviourship can not be earned or learned, but rather, it is purely a gift from God. (Imo, it requires tremendous humility to acknowledge and accept this). Christianity is very much centered upon the heart. We are taught to develop a heart and mind evermore each day to reflect that of Christs perfect heart and mind. To aim to exemplify a character of perfect dignity and a heart of perfect unconditional love (towards everyone). Here are some Biblical verses about the importance of unconditional love to Christ and to all who wish to take up the cross and follow Him (ie. Christians). Ephesians 4:2 Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Israel is the middle of the world. Jerusalem is the middle of Gods heart. Thats why Jesus is who He is. I know Him in His spirit. Do not be decieved. No one ever was made righteous by the law. Faith ALONE saves. Saves? Receives His Holy spirit. What is CONversion? To be IN HIS HOLY Spirit. Not by works (not to boast) But by FAITH in God alone. Yet, you don't decide that you are saved. God Himself decides who is saved.
Faith in God is faith in Jesus and conviction comes by His Holy Holy Holy Ghost who is a spirit who measures the heart. Faith reveals God. Salvation is by faith. Faith receives grace, grace is the increase, who is "the helper" who God sends as the comforter who is made manifest to those who "walk in the spirit" who reject this fallen world and its deceiver who the few sees because with the rebirth comes gifts of the spirit and the discernment that is given by God reveals the commandments inscribed in the heart by Gods doing, by His grace, not religions, not a church building, but within the spiritual body of Christ given even to the gentiles and the heathen to provoke to Jealousy even God for His people Jacob who is Israel His people who are grafted into the tree. Who is the Lord? Do you know the Lord? If you know the Lord, you have seen God. If you see God, you "know" God in and by and with His spirit. That is not a choice you or I can make but is an act of God Himself. No "works" impresses God. You can not "earn" your way to heaven. You do not impress God. You dont even recognize the law, which no man ever found salvation by. Salvation comes by faith at Gods choosing. Real faith is of the heart. If God measures the heart, would you be found lacking? When's the last time you gave to the homeless? When's the last time you helped someone change a tire in the street? Lead by example from the heart with faith in God and be rewarded in ways the eyes can not see or the ears hear and is more valuable than gold or silver because it is eternal whereas all you see with your eyes and hear with your ears is temporary and as long as you have your mind on those things your heart will follow that is why you should hang onto every word of God through the Holy name of Jesus who is Lord because He is messiah and through Him can you be saved.
