While one study cited here is unblinded, it is a start. If the EBV vaccine in question induces cytotoxic T cells to eliminate specifically EBV infected B cells, I can see mechanistically how that would be very useful.

Combining this with tolerogenic therapeutic vaccination specific to myelin antigens, we may very well be on the right track.
