I think these work because the people in these Thai videos are those who are like us...they're not glamorous, they live in very modest if not poor conditions and it deals with personal relationship dynamics or character issues. Those types of things speak to the majority of people--it is incredibly relatable to the masses. The editing and casting are just so spot on though.
hold on to your Mom with all you have ... she wont always be there for you my Mom passed away in May of 2011 and there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of her in one way or another this video was/is a good way for me to remember all the good she brought to this world and to my 3 brothers and 4 sisters we miss her deeply ....,I was right there with you ladies bawling my eyes out .... thank you for the video whoever suggested it and thank you for reacting
T_T Sorry to hear about your mom, I bet this video did brought back some memories. We do need to cherish our family and appreciate them for everything they mean to us.
Just to share, when my father had heart surgery where we almost lost him. It made me realize that life is really short, that we often take things for granted. Often we see people are too busy and some of us rarely go and visit for whatever reason. But then, when they become very sick or worst, suddenly we are available, suddenly we have time. Just when things are bad, when we no longer can talk to them, spend time with them, then we are available. That's why I made it a point that I go and visit more often, spend time with them while they are still strong. Sorry for the long comment

Watching this made me cry a lot since i'm living alone while my mom is working outside the/our country. i just...miss my mom so much. i never said 'i love you' to her personally but i hope somehow i can make her happy by saying 'i love you' even tho its just an sms.

Seen this commercial many times yet it still gets to me so I cried along with you. I'm with you ladies... God knows I love love love my parents very much but there are those frustrating days. It helps a lot when I'm frustrated I just go in my room and bury my face on a pillow and scream. That muffles the sound so I don't disturb anybody and at the same time I don't hurt anybody's feelings. Anyways, keep up the good job with all these reaction vids you put out.👍👍 😊
Those glasses fly as hell. And yes I cried. I lost my mom in 2003 i was in military and did not get home as much as i wanted (thats what i told myself) and man i wish i had that time back when i retired it was so hard because she was not there.

I speak with my mom everyday but a while back, we weren't. T'was easy for me to answer those questions but I still went on to cry a river as I have yet to tell her I love her very much, I just don't don't know how..
My mother passed away many years ago, ..I wish I can still talk and let her know how much I love her. Please go back and let your mother know how much you love her, give her a big hug and kiss. Please do, you'll never be regret.
It is sad yet true. Hate to say this, but have to, in "third world countries" including my country Thailand, ordinary people with low education have to work all the time and get low income such as restaurant waiters. Throughout the whole year, they can spend their time with their family properly ONLY on Thai New year period, and in the rest of the year, they have to work, work, and work.
