Tyreek has a chance in the 40 because his burst is so fast and usain bolt with those long legs takes a second to get going, which is why Hill has no chance in the 70 but in the 40 it would be close

The reason Bolt is the fastest man in recorded history is because even with his tall frame he gets off the line quickly, not quick for his size but quick for a sprinter, plus we talking about form running, which his been doing for longer. Yes I do believe tyreek could win the 40 meter dash, but it will be very very close.

Im not track expert..but from what i know..i think it be close...at 6'5 and his stride..the longer the race the more it favors bolt...but the shorter the race the more ty i think can win..dude is so twitchy and quick..if he got a good step i think he would win...ive heard bolt time in the 40 is so so..about a 4.4..ty is like 4.2..i dont think its crazy to assume ty could get him..plus usain is 35 now compared to the 20 something ty

@@TAHJ1987 to run a 9.5 your whole race has to be fast. It’s not start slow and end fast. That means his first 40 was around 3.8ish and his last 60 was probably 5.7ish….you don’t run Usain bolt times and have a slow 40 man….do the math

I still don’t feel Tyreek is faster than DeSean Jackson or Devin Hester. I really want to say Desean was one of the fastest I’ve ever seen. I’m not even going to put Moss in this category but it’s been a lot of fast people that played in the NFL but Tyreek has social media to add to his presence and legacy.

Tyreek Hill ran a 4.29 40 at the combine in 2016....Usain Bolt ran a 4.22 in regular shoes at the Super Bowl in 2019.

People forget Bolt is only 35 just because he dominated the world for so long. You lose acceleration when you get older even if you keep some top speed. Racing him before his 40th birthday is a losing proposition.

Tyreek didn’t just lose to Degrasse in college, he was also beaten by Trayvon Brommell, Christian Coleman and Odean Skeen. He really wasn’t any good in college running Track. In high school he was a world ranked 100-200 sprinter though.

Usain Bolt is the fastest man of all time. Tyreek Hill might not even be the fastest man in the NFL. Tyreek Hill thinking he ever had a chance against Usain Bolt is like Logan Paul thinking he could've ever had a chance against Mohammed Ali or Mike Tyson. It’s an insult to the sport of track & field that any NFL player not named Bob Hayes would dare claim to be the fastest man in the world. If Tyreek Hill were to compete at this year’s NCAA championships, it’s possible that he wouldn’t even qualify for the finals. It’s virtually guaranteed that he wouldn’t qualify for the Olympic Trials. There are dozens of American men today (and even more outside of the United States) who would beat Tyreek Hill. Only those unfamiliar with professional track & field would dispute this.

Tyreke ran track and his best time was in the low 10s I forgot the exact number whereas Usain Bolt is half a second faster. Tyreke probably has the better acceleration while Usain has the faster top end speed due to his height. Now what is the actual question here, are we talking about who is better at accelerating (quickest to getting to their top end speed) or who is the fastest in terms of speed in general. Because I feel like a lot of NFL guys get caught in that trap of trying to compare themselves to sprinters, and be like "if I focused on it like they have I think I could beat them" when its a whole different game.

Because of bolt’s height he usually needs a little over half of 100 meters to get a substantial lead so doing it at only 40 yards would be a big advantage for someone as short (in comparison) as Hill 😂
