Nigel Farage said he wants to lead a “political revolt” against the Conservatives and Labour after announcing he will seek to become an MP at the General Election.
Mr Farage will contest Clacton, in Essex, after it was also announced that he will take over as leader of Reform UK from Richard Tice.
Talk’s International Editor and Tice’s partner Isabel Oakeshott joins Talk’s Jeremy Kyle to discuss this development further.

@@stephenboyd4934 On the contrary, I think Richard Tice is very well liked but there are few who can match Nigel's ability to speak to an audience in the way he does. Bear in mind, too that Nigel has more experience in dealing with other politicians. Richard has however done extraordinarily well. I hope he is elected to the Commons, he deserves it.

I cannot vote for Sunak, as he tried to bribe cities to vote conservative by offering them millions in money to re-build cities. i cannot vote for Keir Starmer who thinks that a small number of women have a penis! This remark of his id so disrespectful to women- he lost my vote that day.

I would say if Reform can significantly overtake the cons quickly on the back of this announcement, generate real engagement from never voters, do well in the debates because none of the other party leader are good off a script then a political upset is possible.
