Yes she’s the VP and no the VP doesn’t have a lot of power but she’s the one repeatedly telling us that she had a major role in the administration. Maybe you need to take a Political Science class because the role of the Vice President is primarily advisory and supportive to the President. While the Vice President can influence policy, they do not have the same authority as the President to initiate or implement change independently.
