I do not have an apple phone. I have an Android so I could not follow this but glad others were able to do it.

I tried following the procedure, but it did not work as described. I am trying to load an App on my iPad mini (version 9.3.5) that is downloaded on my iPad 5th generation (version 16.3.1). Since both iPads are registered to different people (my wife and I), I believe that I possibly got confused when switching accounts, but also it is possible that the iPad mini is too old for the update to work. Please do you have any advice?
