As a UVA fan for many years, this video will always be the best for me. I believed in these guys. Even after the loss to UMBC, I knew something great was going to happen. Wahoowa to our 2019 National Champions Virginia Cavaliers. Love all of you.
Y’all must be drunk thinking this is the greatest story in ncaa tournament history 😂 there bum a*ses shouldn’t have became the first 1 seed to lose to a 16 seed 💯
Excellent program...except for the ESPN logos and interruptions. But...just fast forward past them...it's still magical to see the season's end unfold all over again. Gave me goosebumps.
I have been a UVA basketball fan since 1980. I was at work keeping track of that title game. I was jumping for absolute joy when I saw the final score. GO WAHOOS!
Growing up a huge Duke fan and hating everything we had to play UVA when Tony Bennett but during those Duke VS UVA games seeing him on the sidelines always calm cool and collected. And how he handled the UMBC loss then coached his team to one he'll of a comeback run to win it all and the only team they lost to was Duke with Zion, R.J, Cam and Trey twice that season and once Duke was out of the Tournament I watched UVA's incredible run every game battling like crazy to come back and win every game.. they won me as a fan.. not as much as I love Duke but Tony Bennett is such a classy guy. He's had a couple down years but hopefully he can get some good players that will buy in and return to being a good team you hate to play once more.
Great production, and again, where did all those logos come from? BTW, the fans shown cheering in the night for the Hoo against Auburn - that was an afternoon game. The crowd was cheering the Big One. Waiting for the movie.
ok..lets put things in perspective for the people that don't know any better...this UVA team was not offensively challenged in any way... they were number 5 in the country in offensive efficiency... they played at a slightly slower pace than most teams but they put the ball in the basket better than most. Know what you're talking about before posting garbage.
1:28. Maybe the dumbest question any sports reporter has ever asked. At least in terms of college basketball reporting. Everyone and their mother, especially if they played college basketball, knew that a 16 had never beaten a 1.
