*STOP PRACTICING MENTAL HEALTH WITHOUT A LICENSE.* Anxiety is a diagnosis. There's a reason why mental health professionals spend dollars and lots and lots of time learning their field. They serve supervised internships. They are examined and license, and overseen in their practice by a professional board. They are required to continue their education. Why? Because playing with human beings' mental health is not a game for random people with an IRON AGE book.

@jenna2431 - I watched the entire video and this is not directed at those who are in need of professional help (although these principals will complement). The average person has worries and anxieties and everything he said helps with that. That “Iron Age” book you’re referring to has proved to be accurate and points us to Jesus ….. so because a truth was revealed a long time ago, it doesn’t mean it isn’t true. Peace, my friend.
