I live in stoke-on-trent and my council told me that foreign families have got priority over British families.

The king has a few palaces who can house a big number. Take Windsor castle, fits easily 10.000. Holyrood palace 5000, a few others another 10.000. Next the mansions of the torys and other politicians, can fit a lot too. Not to forget, of course the bill for this is for the home owners.

International asylum laws state that a person seeking asylum is to travel to the nearest safe country outwith the one that theyre fleeing from. So how do middle eastern asylum seekers fleeing war torn countries pass through numerous safe European countries and seek asylum in England ? Whys England such an attractive destination for them ?

My daughter and her husband along with their two daughters who currently live in a two bed flat owned by Walsall Housing Group,social housing, and have been on the list for a house , received a letter around five week's ago informing them that they have been removed from the housing list. Both my daughter and son -in-law both work full time and do not receive any benefits, they have been told when enquiring why, that they will be better off finding someone who wants to swap from house to flat. No other explanation given . I think we can all assume the reason why. Presumably they are not the only family in the west midlands and beyond to receive such a letter .

The bedroom tax wasn't sufficient to evict the retired couple who's grown up kids have now moved out, leaving them in a property they've called home for twenty plus years. A place they've nurtured and a community they've integrated into. That property is now needed for people that have no intention to integrate and have never paid a single penny in taxes or national insurance contributions, leaving Mr & Mrs O.A.P, in their final years of life to move to a completely strange, and possibly hostile location to start anew. It's about time 'The People' realised that our government is legally obliged to represent it's legitimate population and not be a dictator to them.

The waiting times for all bands of a council house for a british family can be around 5 - 10 years - depending on what type of council property and accommodation you are looking for. If you have been on a property waiting list for more than 10 years, you will need to re-apply again. So are all these immigrants going to be given priority over us Brits.
