My favorite ones “The Giant” and “Dry Fighting Weight” I combine these with chin ups and push-ups. Covers every major muscle group and then some.

Basically this. Any combo of dbl kb c+p, front squat, pull up and horizontal press (dips/push ups) cover all bases

I really appreciate the breakdown in the video notes. I'm picking up GHFL now because of it.

I got an omnibell here in the UK for £220 with delivery. Amazing. Will likely get a second

The Bells of Steal ones are really good too. Couldn't be happier. It's really useful to keep going up in 1 kg increments.

@cioran1754 Just had a look at that brand. I'm becoming more and more convinced these are all the same bells, the competition ones at least. Interesting so see someone bringing out a "hardstyle" version too.

@jamiehamilton1757 yeah they all look to have the same basic layout, onmibell looks well finished, this one is a bit rough but does the job. They're also doing an adjustable clubbell

I am new to kettlebell training. Where is a good place to start? Learning the basics and proper form. Is the book Kettlebell Strong a good place to start?

I think you should start with The Big 6 to learn proper form with a single kettlebell.

Do barbell squats first, then move on to kettlebells if you want an actual leg day to increase strength and size which would take way longer using kettlebells only.

When I learned these, they were called KB omelettes
