@cioran1754 Just had a look at that brand. I'm becoming more and more convinced these are all the same bells, the competition ones at least. Interesting so see someone bringing out a "hardstyle" version too.
@jamiehamilton1757 yeah they all look to have the same basic layout, onmibell looks well finished, this one is a bit rough but does the job. They're also doing an adjustable clubbell
I am new to kettlebell training. Where is a good place to start? Learning the basics and proper form. Is the book Kettlebell Strong a good place to start?
Do barbell squats first, then move on to kettlebells if you want an actual leg day to increase strength and size which would take way longer using kettlebells only.
