Being an old guy (56), I never expected to find a new artist in 2022 whose work I love just as much as that of my old favorites. But Madi has taken her place next to Joni and Lennon and Elvis Costello. And the best part is that she's just starting out. I can't wait to hear what she does in the future. ❤
You're just a kid. Look up Larkin Poe, Molly Tuttle And Golden Highway. I saw Madison first singing Are You Strong Enough To Be My Man with Molly Tuttle. Saw them both this year (Amazing).
OMG... I love this. I'd really like to hear the full song played by these players. Is there a studio version of this, or a version of this performance recorded without the live ambience? It's so good!
Dear Madison. I don't know if you will ever read this. Ever since I heard your music for the first time, there was an immediate sigh of relief. Madison Cunningham is a young musical artist in 2020s, with her own voice, her own guitar playing, her own music and her own approach to making music. These qualities are so rare and precious in these 'fabricated clone' times. I don't think I'm the only one, but I feel there are millions of people out there who are getting to the point where they are beyond fed-up and frustrated with the stagnation and low quality of mainstream popular music. You are a true testimony that a young artist can emerge and bring real craftsmanship and individuality to their art. Please, evolve but do not let anyone change you to mould you into some kind of a commercial commodity for their own sake of power and greed whilst lying to you that it's a great move for your career and stardom. Stay true to yourself and believe me, the world will catch on. It's what all the greats did. You can do it too. All of us who love your music for everything it is believe in you.
