@@tongpoo8985 And you can do that around your lower neck, so the only thing you damage except your brain by stopping a lot of bloodflow or your lungs by cutting air off is the tendons + the muscles. And lastly, you can do that while laying down. So like, yeah...
Actually, if you pull the correct string, you can undo it bc I managed to do so even when I made it very tight😊 Edit 1: How do I have so many likes?! This is the most I ever had😁
Obviously it's clickbait... I'll ask anyone here name one knot that can't be undone somehow.... there isn't one, they can all be undone, some are just harder than others.
@@chrisledbetter9278🤦🏻♀️ @micklynnb was being a smrt@ss.. technically it’s a limb and he did say don’t tie it around any limbs.. So he’s still right even though who you replied to was joking..
For everyone thinking that it's impossible to untie, he actually meant that it can be extremely strong and tight. So if you tie two things together with this, they won't unbind easily. But you can still untie it.
Thank you for the tutorial, it greatly improved my rope tying skills. I encountered difficulties with the knot slipping when attempting jumps, but your video provided valuable guidance. Although I experimented with my wrist, resulting in it turning purple, Now I'm going to tie it around my 👔 and jump; this guide has really altered my life!
How in the hell is that Toxic trait? Optimism and determination as good things. Determination is a positive emotional feeling that promotes persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of obstacles.
Ahh, thank you! The perfect knot for tying a cord around something as tightly as humanly possible, I should use this to tie up sleeping bags! It always bugs me so much when tying a square knot or a regular double knot, how in the brief moment as you tighten the second knot, the first knot inevitably loosens slightly. And once you've tightened the second knot, you can't tighten it anymore without starting all over. Now you can tighten it as much as you want after the fact!
I did this with a piece of hair when I was little and had a mini heart attack when I realized that hair is way stronger and harder to get off than I thought.
@@UniqueTBG yup i tried it on my arm, legs, plastic bottle, wooden sticks/log, it came out easily maybe because we need to use a differnt type of rope.. tho im safe
@@CherryWhisper23 Also as I boy scout after taking the kayaking merit badge I CAN confirm that the only different is going OVER the standing end of the rope. Fun Fact: The clove hitch is also using for lashings
What flavor are they? My collection is of animals, 600 to be more precise. If you have a human-flavored body, I’d be willing to trade half of my collection for 20 pieces. I haven’t been having luck with humans lately. Hope you understand.
thanks for the warning its invredobly dangerous. Especialy don't use it to bind shoes. No matter hpw emberassing it is not to be able to do shoeknots its better emberasment instead of losing both your feet. And NEVER use it for suicide as every suicide should be able to be aborted in case you think otherwise in your final moments before falling unconcious.
It would not work very good at all for that purpose. You need to be able to loosen it. A tourniquet is as easy as a simple tie like on your shoe, place a stick or like item on the tie, make the same tie or square tie above the stick and twist til bleeding stops or significantly reduced. Loosen every 10 or 15 minutes for 1 minute then twist tight again until you reach medical attention.
Great minds thing alike. I just comment something similar before reading this. And to @fuckgoogle93, it wouldn’t matter whether you can loosen it or not. They’d just cut it off. Trust me, I know. I got into a car wreck that shredded off my sisters fingers. And we used my belt as the tourniquet. I never got it back because they cut it off if her.
A clove hitch doesn't go OVER the MAIN ROPE at the end. Clove hitches are intended to come lose so you can do work faster. That's why it's suggested to use two half hitches after.
itll come undone! we used it on our mops in the navy! tie the knot on the mops throw em behind the ship when underway and in a half hour or so it was pretty clean. not perfect but not rotten anymore!
That’s the constrictor knot, clove hitch is where you make the x then pass the end through the middle. Constrictor knots are very similar, the only difference is before you pass the end through the x you gotta wrap it under the left side of the x.
This is a knot which you can easily accidentally make when meaning to tie a clove hitch. It binds a lot tighter, so sometimes gets taught as a warning of what not to do ;)
Nah the most dangerous knot is the knot my Mexican mom makes when she ties the bag of bread closed. That knot isn’t coming loose no matter what you do.
It also make a pretty handy hairtie in a pinch. Whilst it binds better than the similar sack and miller's knot it is actually easier to remove without damaging the subject by cutting the riding turn over the half-knot, which provides a barrier layer.
If you need to use this for a limb or something you could use the clove hitch, it’s a very similar knot that does not constrict. Just tie the X and put the end right through underneath.
