"It's been a chaotic few weeks. The busyness of this season is taking a toll.
It's not time to settle the mind. Start to realize that enough is enough.
You are going through the motions and this week invites the consideration of what is best for you.
Have you kept yourself so busy with attending to everyone else?
Have you even considered yourself in your life's direction?
The point of taking action and embracing wasn't to neglect your own needs. It was not intended to forget about yourself.
Take this moment to reflect on your priorities of the last month and see whether you prioritized your self or others.
Know that you also deserve a good life, life satisfaction. So in this week, turn inward and add a sprinkle of what you need most.
Space to breathe. The ability to take it all in; drink up the life you're creating in gratitude and appreciation of all you bring to this world.
