No. Their answers and/or lack thereof should be noted and logged into a special file of process noncompliance . Wouldn't that be fair? I mean, the committee members took the time to put their questions together, some like Senator Kennedy and others, with a lot of thought and effort. To have their questions essentially disregarded and dumped in the trash does not benefit the American people. If some candidates don't want to answer questions in general, don't participate in the process. That's why they're there. 🇺🇸
These liars should be fired and not become judges. Outrageous. And obviously our laws schools are failing America. If I am ever a juror in their court, I will do my own thinking!
We've not seen the true outcome of the failure of both our Law and Medical Schools. They now believe that allowing people in with waiving their entrance exams because many of those who are not white can't pass. They are now putting equality into play because God forbid it actually be the test TAKER and not the test. They are no longer putting excellence and quality of entrants as a priority. Both types of institutions are focusing on teachings of equity and equality instead of true education of the law and medical practices and treatments. There is a fantastic piece written on this that I will try to locate and share. It's worth the time to read.

Any candidates who obfuscate should be immediately disqualified. If they can't answer the question, followed up with a reason justification, then they automatically remove themselves from contention. They're hiding something that they know would disqualify them, so they should be rejected.
If a candidate can not give a concise answer, what prevents them from treating the constitution as fluid? These candidates are an abomination. Left or right, at least give succinct answers.

These people are a perfect example of judges that will legislate from the bench by selectively "choosing" which laws they think should or should not be enforced. That is a scary road to go down.
