Just incredible that someone can do stuff like this Like, not just one Mashup, but whole album by combining some others Reminds me of those death grips and Lisa OST mashup albums Never get tired of death grips mashups so it's always a pleasure to find something new, especially when it's something like this
that isnt just a testament to the remix community on YT, a lot of the credit goes to DG for releasing the individual layers of their songs for free for people to sample & remix. other bands could do this but don't (or, don't force their publishers to let them)
I've heard my fair share of "okay" mash-ups, especially where Justice and Death Grips are concerned, but this is legitimately fantastic. Loved every minute of it. Favourite track is easily the HAHAHAxPhantom mix
what a gem, that extra 10% makes this all really stand out would hate to say it but a lot of dg mashups feel half-assed, but this collection is awesome
This sounds like some final boss music holy shet As someone who's only listened to but a few songs from each artist, hearing this sounds almost natural. Listening to the original songs just won't be the same You done good Mr President. You done good
@@thev216 thats a damn shame, it would've been cool to hear pss pss or centuries or something like that, but you honestly did an amazing job on this album without them. amazing work
@@thev216 "hello we are a band that has been almost completely inactive anyways here's stems we've never released before for a randomass dude that e-mailed me"
This is so rapidly moving up my favourite remixes/ songs of all time that its fucking ridiculous. Everyday I am more and more convinced that it takes a musical genius to pull some shit like this off. Well done.
To be honest, when i read the title, I thought that even the idea was stupid. I thought Death Grips and Justice weren't even theoretically compatible. But now this may be my favorite mashup ever.
this just popped up in my recommended and I can already tell; i needed this to exist *so bad* and never knew it. edit i think i just saw god. 1,000,000/10 this was an utter masterpiece
which one of the two? the first one is the first few minutes a the now deleted pitchfork interview: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PZup5bQ7peA.html the second one it's a jpegmafia rant about dg fans comparing him to mc ride at an interview with anthony fantano: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WzII75svlYM.html
bass rattles stars out the sky has big Hawaii part 2 vibes, it's unreal. I'm pretty much just going to be listening to the almost seamless mix until I see them live
I listen to Oloff whenever I need therapy. Yeah, I could pay $300 an hour for some college clown to tell me what to feel, or I could just smash great big fucking coconuts on my head and listen to my favourite artist over and over again.
you picked hella good songs to put together, but i think beware and waters of nazareth are the best combination here. Idea I have that might be interesting, mashup that mashup with another mashup, essentially just take waters of megalovania and put the beware vocals over it. it seems like it would be somewhat simple to slap together, that other mashup doesnt change the timings at all as far as i'm aware of.
easily my favorite track off the album :3 that's also a nice idea! tho i already have an megalovania x death grips mashup (but with hacker) in my archives that i haven't released yet. might do it one of these days.
