That's from a guy named LeMans24h in RU-vid but his channel is gone. I only worked on remastering this video. I believe it's from a DvD but i don't know really. I asked Team Schnitzer and they said that they don't know.

driver lost a tremendous amount of time, keeping in mind the traffic and wet roads, black ice etc

The track was very cold and wet so the chance to spin or understeer was very big. Plus there was a yellow flag in the last karussel sector. Also Pedro Lamy holds the record for most Nurburgring 24H wins with some other drivers so he probably knew whag he was doing.
