There's a reason for that. Daniel Radcliff, Harry's actor, had an allergic reaction to the contacts they gave him in the first film. However, they continued to make him wear the contacts for the first film, deciding to leave the green eyes out in the other films. In the last scene where Harry and saying goodbye to Hagrid and his eyes are all red and puffy, it's because of the contacts.
Fun fact: Harry can't cry because growing up, he got punished for it. So that's why we can't see him crying in the movies. BUT! The first time he cried is when the Harry put his Spoon on the clock in the wesley's house. 😀

I don’t like it cuz at the start they become sad all at the same time then u use the same picture before and use the sad picture again at least make one doing the small tears with the small shade then make it start to actually cry and Harry could be kinda sad
