I also had one incident when in Tamilnadu express from Chennai to Delhi,I asked for veg thali and they served the same but while eating I found a piece of chicken in it, when complained the asst mngr misbehaved then I asked for complaint book which they gave after lot of scene, I wrote the complaint giving my ticket details and got it verified by train superintendent. After a month I got reply from railways that adequate action will be taken. After 3 months again I was traveling by same train and same route on Nagpur I purchased food from Comesum on platform and boarded the the running train by chance I climbed the pantry car and saw the manager he said that after your complaint whole staff was removed for 3 months and this is the first time we are resuming our duty. So Government takes action, you have to take the initiative. Jai Hind!

Dadagiri is more prevalent in East and NE railways. People are innocent and don't question. Thanks for bringing this out.

There is a serious mess in the trains in those parts of India. Illegal vendors inside trains, station vendors overcharging and not displaying their license, and local commuters creating huge fuss. Thanks for bringing out such videos

When a private vendor takes a license to become a pantry manager, he spends a lot of money as bribe to grab the tender. You can think why the train food is not upto standards till now. I'm not defending anyone. But I get the information when I talk to a person who is involved in this line for a long period of time. Basically we're paying 5 rupees of bribe from a 10 rupees cup of tea. And a sincere request to IT dept to confirm whether this piece of information is right or not.

this is a serious problem in indian railways ...i was travelling from varanasi to lucknow in marudhar express in ac 3 teir and the packet of bedsheets and blanket which was given to every passanger was used by other passangers a day before ....on demanding new bedsheet packet staff starts arguing with me and they did not provide me with complaint book...

I'm sorry but I think not every vendor is a thief or a snatcher. While traveling to my grandmother's house I saw 2 vendors inside the train 1 was selling water bottles and the other one was selling peanuts and one of the vendor didn't had the right arm upto his elbow and the other's arm was nowhere to be seen yet they chose not to beg but to work hard and earn their livelihood the plus point was that both of them were so humble and so full of joy after a casual talk with them I felt a lot happier. I do agree that one should be careful around them but this doesn't mean that we should never buy anything from them, they are also working hard to earn money

Even i dealed with such things related to private vendor in ac3 that time i tweet and tagged railseva, railway etc and in next 15min i got call from source station controller and he assured me action will be taken and every next station RPF came to my seat and understood the situation and took note of it and there on no private vendor got on board. Always keep in mind either tweet or call 139 or login railmadad and file complain related to anything you feel not ok . Railway surely takes action. Your one action can improve railway service much faster and better. Related to on station vendor not keeping their shop name and licence no. then just complain to railway that this particular station vendors doing this. And next time I will do this to teach them.

Nowadays reservation coaches in some trains are getting crowded just like General compartment. Authorities may need to add some more Coaches in such trains😔🙌

Video is an eye opener for all. Its just an incident which is happening all over India n valid unaware passengers are being exploited in multifarious ways by unauthorized hawkers in side train. And most important is that most passengers avoid complain with authority out of fear or ignorance or short of time for same.If you are out as individual to cleanse hairs from blanket its impossible. Such is situation in INDIAN RAILWAYS. ITS MILIBHAGAT SYSTEMS..... of few authorities n unscrupulous traders. Thanks them who dare to expose it all. May they bring awareness amongst travellers. 👌👍👌👍

Such incidents are happening just because lack of attention of Indian railways. Same was happened with us. When me and my family was travelling in 3 tier AC. One boy entered in the coach and stolen my grandmother's chain and jumped off from the train while the train was running slowly. Luckily that chain was not the gold one.

Avadh Assam, Kanchanjunga Express and Kamrup Express are notorious for such things. The contractor for these trains file multiple tenders for food catering and win the tenders everytime. Then they serve low grade food. Even the water they use from the train bathroom. They wash the utinsils in the bathroom of the train where there is toilet. Then they serve very low grade food obtained from supplier who sell rotten rice, chicken, paneer, dal and vegetables.

Good on you. Assam/Nagaland looks very lovely. IT is cruel when people cannot use toilet and those who destroy it. Shameful. They should do a QR code based entry into toilet which should be linked to ticket and spoilers must be barred from taking train for a month or so.

lndian rlys. now fail to maintain all the disorder u hv shown due to shortage of staff in all section of a running train ...no proper security , no cleanliness , excess paassengers boarded w t , no required TTE to check ticket etc , no rpf personnel , no time maintain etc etc....even in Rajdhani express the meal is not up to the level of satisfaction...l hve experienced of getting same meal since inception of Rajdhani express in n.f. rly.

This kind of guys should be banned from getting contracts in the railway.... These kind of contractors actually spoil the name of the railways

Amul Lassi of MRP 20/- is charged 25/- & we are shouting heavily whereas in any restaurant Bisleri bottle of MRP 20/- is charged 45/- + GST & we clear the bill with a smile & tips... I ultimately started using Aquaguard water at restaurant...
