Hello, I would like to ask you about the stability of the Firecracker tail... It is very unstable compared to Ripper, the videos I have seen I can see several times that the tail sinks involuntarily, similar to Ozone. The behavior of the queue is more similar to Ripper 2 or Firecreacker

Hi there, the tail of the firecracker is very stable. But in terms of unpredictability, yes the firecracker is less predictable than the ripper 2. But that is due to its shortness in length and less volume in the tail. The boat is designed to be very playful, and it really is. I also find that you can control it, but you just need to be active and engaged.

I've been asking those fortunate enough to have paddled one already the exact same question.

@@Rhys_Thomson Thanks... I weigh 80 kg or 176 lbs... maybe I should wait for the Firecacker 252 to have a more predictable flattail kayak? I have an Ozone M, but it limits me a lot to enter larger class 4 waters. I don't like the Ripper, I find it very long

I weigh in at around the same weight as yourself and find the tail to be fairly predictable. But I guess if you’re taking a short half slice down grade 4 then I’m sure the tail will be in your mind most of the time haha
