Aaron does not need any men right now, he ( Aaron) is being toxic af, just being out of a relationship that lasted so many years, he has not even been divorced yet. Chill with the pairing until Aaron as a character is in a better place, people are always so desperate to make gay people to be in a relationship. Even if Aaron does not hate Luke and he is not a bad person, Aaron hates anything related to him, his brother, his mom until Aaron start acting like a sane person keep him out of relationships. Besides there are zero hints at Luke being even gay.

I think is will be Aaron and Luke. They have already shown some great chemistry. It would be nice to see Aaron in an adult relationship without criminal activity etc. Give them a chance, or anyone decent. I loved Jackson and Robert but both had issues, time for a relationship that is good to Aaron for a change.
Sometimes Aaron looks incredibly handsome, like in this clip. He's as beautiful as any man could be! The guy in the pub who approached him and then gives him a lecture on being married is a fictional invention of the writers ... in reality, any gay man would have been more than happy to whisk Aaron off to bed for sure!

In fact, most males in Emmerdale - Jimmy, Bob, Paddy and Marlon, to name but four, are already emasculated enough to be regarded as being half way there.
This whole storyline is just such a disappointment! I feel for Aaron having lost Robert and there should be a mourning period of course . Aaron has learnt to be a stronger person over the last couple of years and rather than show him being so reckless , he should have his sad time and grieve his loss, figure out who he is without Robert and then maybe start looking for a new relationship. This storyline is not doing anything positive and definitely not trying to retaining any of the Robron fans. Clue in writers--we love Aaron and want to see him grow as a person and overcome this life changing situation in a positive way.
None of you noticed the hot guy that tried to pick Aaron up in the bar. Been a while since I watched Aaron’s storyline and thought that guy in the bar was the Luke you guys are talking about, until I viewed this episode. lol
in spite of everything I have to say that at this point in the plot I don't care what happens to Aaron, but don't get me wrong, I love Aaron infinitely I mean that after all I don't care who Aaron ends up with if that means for a moment He will be happy again. I explain myself, if it is a bad story, or a bad way of writing and developing that story I will always be with Aaron. and if Aaron ends up with Luke or anyone, I don't care if I can only see Aaron smiling again. Obviously as long as he doesn't hurt himself again (I know he is doing it right now, I mean a future)

I know I am in the minority on this. But if they have no problem putting aaron with the brother of the man who raped Victoria, I don't see why they couldn't bring jason from prison back and pair him with aaron. They actually had chemistry in the end and they already redeemed him when aaron helped him. They could bring him back as a changed person. Better than this. Also luke doesn't really seem like Aaron's type.

It’s because the Jason storyline is aced by the ‘we know Emmerdale fans will swallow any old crap’ black farce in which the brother of a rapist will end up in a gay relationship with the victim’s best friend.

Its just a show. And they're acting. Who cares if the actors are straight or not? They're doing their job, gay people play straight people on shows aswell sometimes. Like Michelle Hardwick - she's gay but she played Vanessa who had straight relationships before Charity and now she's a gay playing a gay relationship. It really doesn't matter.
