It is a very interesting way to present information about WW2, but it obviously leaves out all the things that were happening in other places in the world. That's not a gigantic issue, except that they really should have noted in the title that they were only speaking of WW2 in Europe and North Africa. Beyond that, the main problems with the video are the things they left out that involved large numbers of sailors, airmen and other troops that were not on the main land combat fronts of the war in Europe and North Africa. So there are no numbers given for all the military and civilian people involved in the Battle of the Atlantic, nor are there any numbers indicated for all the Allied people who were involved in the massive bombing of German held territory OR all the German military people who defended against the bombing...and there is no indication of the huge number of troops that Germany devoted to the defense of the Atlantic Wall. It is an interesting video, but it really is only focused on large scale land combat only...and leaves out pretty much everything else. There are also some errors in the running text that describes the events of the war...but I won't start detailing them and making this a super long post. You should check out and react to a 2 part series called Germany could not win WW2.
I couldn't agree any more, you hit the nail on its head. I think because they tried to cram in alot of information in a fast paced fashion they focused on a certain region.
