i miss peninsula. i used to ojt there as well. was there for 6 months. enjoyed it so much i stayed for a second round of ojt. peninsula is one of the best places to learn ojt. they teach all their recipes. di nila tinatago. as in bibigyan ka nila ng time mag copy ng recipe. tuturuan ka talaga nila. eat all you can ang canteen. all the coffe, all the soda, all the water, all the food you want. pag may sobrang food sa mga resto nila pinapakain nila sa employees and ojt. so kain lang ng kain pag break.

Me too when i still lived in the Philippines. My favorite dessert there is their big bowl of ice cream with different/assorted flavors. During that time when my niece and nephews were still little, we order one to share with the whole family kasi ang laki nya. I think $599 na sya that time..we sit there and eat ice cream while listening to music. Quality time with the family

Chef Rv, I used to work with Peninsula for 5 years. Iba talaga yun feeling when you are the lobby. Next time try niyo naman Spices. I remember their Rendang and Shrimp thermidor are their best sellers 😊 not sure if nasa menu pa rin nila. Try na rin their ensaymada and caesar salad sa Pen Boutique
