In the reliance application form they ask 12th percentage... I had 6 subjects but according to cbse rule 5 subjects should be counted... Percentage 6 ki likhe ya 5 ki

@Veena-Deshpande Mam i changed my name after class 11 via gazette and also my initial as well mam so name of me in class 10 certificate is Yogeshwaran.D and i changed to my mothers name as initial in class 12 certificate like Yogith.S i am having legal gazette how to deal with this while applying for scholarship will it cause any trouble for me in future mam and if so how to deal with this does there any special ways to declare for persons like me who changed name or shall i apply like anyother normal (name not changed) persons while applying for scholarship need your help and guidance for this mam

You can do these 2 things 1. You can request to update your name on your Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets. It's possible to have them corrected. 2. Attach your gazette notification as an additional document with any application. If your name is updated on your Aadhaar card, it shouldn't cause issues. However, it's recommended to update your name on your mark sheets to avoid potential problems in future job background checks.

You need to reset you password, you will receive a new password to your email and login using that password and change it other password. Problem will be solved

Sumit, you can apply any other scholarship with Reliance scholarship but you can't win other scholarship with NSP (NSP has restrictions)
