People are trusting them with their hard earned money and they're treating them like they're nothing. Safety is not everything, quality and reliability also matters.

21 lakh or 21 crore, all car are made and designed by humans, so all car brands will have problems....left pulling is common in all hydraulic power steering car, no need to visit service center so many times..... have to adjust with it....
I just love how humble and polite the owner is despite being frustrated with his car which he spent 21lakh rs. Honestly if it were me i would be so angry that arun wouldn't even be able to upload the video cuz of community guidelines 😂😂
Looking at these cases happening with harrier and safari. I can confirm, this car gives you perfect safety and comfort while you are being towed to the service centre.

During the recent times, in this price range, Harrier and Safari are the cars having the most issues, some as hilarious as breaking down after some hours of exiting dealership. Change the steering box struds under warranty . Problem will b solved .same prob was there with my 2016 fiat Avventura . I even changed the tyre all 4 🤣. Prob resolved after service center finally agreed for changing entire steering column box struds . Do the same bcoz Avventura and harrier both share similar kind of hydraulic power steering .
I had the same left side pulling issue after delivery of my Harrier XZA. But it got rectified after moving the tyres from front to rear and after that I haven’t seen this pulling issue. Also I don’t observe the other issues mentioned in the video. Seems these issues are manufacturing defects specific to that particular unit. But agree these issues should have been captured and resolved before launch.
Bro try to follow this. I would like to share the steps done on my Harrier which got it resolved. I am not sure out of these exactly what resolved the issue but here is what was done: Step 1: Wheel Alignment Testing Result - Left Pulling Still Step 2: Subframe Adjustment Testing Result - Left Pulling Still Step 3: Wheel Alignment Again And Front Left and Rear Left Tyre Swapped Testing Result - No Left Pulling. Car is moving in a straight line. I am not sure whether combination of step 2 and 3 gave the results or just step 3, but I hope this will help people who are facing the same issue as me and getting irritated over it.
This is insane. These kind of issues causes harrasment to the owner. The issue should be raised to the highest possible level. Owner should take help of twitter to express his concern, may be he will get some help

Nahi hai ye manufacturing defect I own a harrier xz+ 2022 in orcus white colour their is no manufacturing defect regarding left or right pulling in my car. I drove it almost 5000 km in 2 months their is no such issue.
Harrier - Interiors with fit and finish is below par, hope Tata works on this and makes it a wining product. Its really sad to see helpless owners running post to pillars with defective poor finished product without any real help
Change lower arm and suspension coil.. this might resolve your problem... Believe me bro... Take your car to maruti service center they will tell you the problem.
Sir meri i20 me bhi accident ke baad same issue aya tha.... Allignment, balancing sab kuch karwa lia but ye problem sirf SAS - Steering angle sensor (Steering Callibration) coding se theek ho gyi, uske baad allignment karwani padti he..... Regards krish bhatia... Small help from my side 😃.
Sir ek baar aap dusre service centre try Karo Delhi most preferably,I think your issue will be solved. It's issue with proper tuning and alignment just a human error or lack of troubleshooting skills,hope this helps,love to see you enjoying your harrier
Big problem of tata is after sales service. My area gets tata car less than a month from showroom but service of same car is waiting more than a month🧐. Also need to improve tata service a lot. Safety is not everything. service, handling, quality and reliability also matter.
I had driven 87000 KMS on my Tata Harrier, I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM(Timely serviced) IT'S STILL BUTTER SMOOTH, SUSPENSION ARE AS GOOD AS MY GLE(I appreciate the quality provided by Indian company) , GOOD MILEAGE,SUPERB BRAKING EXPERIENCE,SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ALSO GOOD.

I won't buy TATA car after seeing this, though every vehicle every company has little bit of manufacturing defects but company doesn't showing any eagerness to solve the problems /trying to rectifying it.Every alternate day we found customer with some problem with Nexon and other models,running pillar to post to get it rectified.I think Govt should bring laws to replace /refund if the company doesn't able to solve the problem,then only they will learn.

Even I have Harrier using since 2 yrs never faced such issues . Steering is hard because it’s hydraulic not electronic that’s the reason . Plus car pulls left which is true but after wheel alignment it gets resolved. The way engine is making noise in 4 months seems like the owner is using car at very high rpm and driving in each pot holes . In two yrs I have driven 22000 kms still no issue with car
"Tata and Mahindra Cars" quality production is quite far behind of "Suzuki/Hyundai/Honda/Toyota". Tata sales persons are selling car by stating " Five Star", but, when car's engine (heart) and other parts are not in good quality, then based on "build quality"if any buyer purchase, then have to face these kinds of issues. People should say based " Build Quality ", don't buy any car, instead engine (heart) and other parts.
For right side noise there is a plastic cap behind the right wheel which is fixed with plastic nuts just get that removed or get that fixed with steel nuts it will fix. For alignment issue ask for stearing rack change a complete part connected to both tyres that’s it , rest small fit and finish issues can’t be fixed it’s that way only
Mujhe harrier liye 1.5 years ho gaye h i have faced same issue meri gaadi bhi slight left pulling deti h. Maine kai baar showroom m is issue ko put up kiya h pr wo bhi ab tak ise solve nahi kr paaye h.
I wish I had seen this video before I bought my harrier. Now I am worried as this could happen to me also. I bought Tata harrier XZA plus just last week. Even I found it pulling towards left. I thought may be the wheel alignment is required but after this video it is clear that it is a manufacturing defect. Saala 22L doob gaya.

भाई मैने इंडिगो मरीना ली थी,3 साल के बाद वो कार हर महीने 8-10 हजार का खर्चा मागती थी,बेचा तो सिर्फ 50हजार मिले,उसी दिन मैने तौबा कर ली कभी टाटा की कार नहीं लेनी, engineering बहुत ही बुरा होता है टाटा वालो कर,प्लीज टाटा learn from M&M,WE have big respect for Tata group.
These type of issues are very very rare....total more than 50 thousand harrier and Safari sold and less than 100 complaints found on internet, so Most of them are happy with Safari and Harrier...
Same problem with my harrier from day 1. Then I was go for subframe shift, Alignment and calibration and my problem completely resolved. But minor pulling still occurs due to indian road slightly tilted in left direction but not that bothering.
I have tata harrier 2021 what a excellent machine i drive my harrier in Jammu and Kashmir & laddakh region must say no not rven a single problem till 19k harrier na phaad dete hai 195 kmph tak chalye what a control, milage highway 30 percent and hill 70 percent 16 to 18 milage, till now problem free aur phaad ke chalti hai
I have also driven my cousins safari xt plus till 140 it cruises like an aeroplane plus no vibration, less engine sound and tyre sound and it was so stable in 140 also

Compy walo ne sb chage kr ke dekh liya tha pr problem ame thi .mne rewari gopal dev chok h waha pr thik krwai h.abi ekdm shi chl rhi h.MRF tayre wale ne machin pr lga kr thik kr diya tha . Add :- gurugaon to rewari bus stand to naiwali chok se gopal dev chok pr jate time chok se 100 -200 metter phle lift side MRF ki shop h wha pr .shop ke pas kidszz school ka board bi lga huaa h. Same problem thi bhai mere saath right knocking ki ! Tata ne iska A-MOUNTING ka design change kiya hai ! Under warranty naya mounting laga lo ! 110 percent problem khatam !!!!
The owner will need to insist the service centre a lot to solve the pulling left issue. I watched a video few days ago with owner with the same issue. He had to go through a lot and the problem was solved only after the service centre did something on the chasis level. Most of the service centre will refuse to even acknowledge the problem.
Tata RND Nahi krti hai theek hai even mere pass bhi Tiago hai or Abhi meri gadi insurance pr repair ke liye gai h but I known ki jab 2 din baad gadi lene jaunga tw mujhe lagega nahi ki company mai kaam hua esa lagega ki bhar kisi denting shop pr kaam hua hai please after service pr kaam karo Tata or RND thori ache karein. Gadi bhut badiya hai isme koi kami nahi mujhe Apni gadi se 1% bhi problem nahi kisi bhi taraf se but after sale service dekh kr seriously bhut mood off hota hai.

Steering column issues are yet to be resolved by Tata motors. This problem had occurred on my Vista also On Nexon. In both the cases they have replaced the column .

Luckily Meri harrier automatic mai avi tak koi prob hui nai.. bhai ki gadi manufacturing defect hogi. Bhai ki baat suun k bht Bura lg rha....aur mai ek normal buyer hu..jiske paas already Octavia nd Volvo XC40 hai..toh i can say ki avi tak koi problem nai hai..bt quality mai improvement ki zarurat hai

70 -100 metre agar gadi pull nai kr rae kisi b side its ok usse kam metre par khicte hai to alag agency se try kro..same problem with my vehicle wasted money tried 4 agency for solving same problem
I still cant understand why there exists a harrier when there's a nexon? Both are 5 seaters just for some extra boot space and negligible extra cabin space people are spending so much.
Bhai i can feel your pain ,you need to take this seriously to the following showroom . Mine is 8000 kms done no problem at all ,car is performing extremely superb. I genuinely love my Harrier and it’s driving.
