Wow!! Loved the video! ❤️ Just a suggestion- you should've included Goila Butter Chicken as they have been introduced in Masterchef Australia and probably only restaurant with butter chicken as the main dish.
I LOVE Goila Butter chicken! But for these series, I always try to include places which are not too popular yet serve good food! Otherwise Goila is LOVE
Nice vlog 👍 1) Butter chicken is made from tandoori chicken pieces, so it will necessary have the pieces Grilled or Charred from outside. One exception I found was at Chandigarh, which technically isn't a butter chicken. 2) Lucky has a reasonably good Biryani amongst Mumbai Restaurant but isn't the place for Butter chicken. 3) I ate at Papa Pancho, when it was just opened. It's a good place for North Indian dishes. 4) You can't get Butter chicken in Mumbai which matches the taste of a Gulati or Havemore at Pandara Road. Cheers.

My favourite butter chicken in Mumbai is from quarterdeck restaurant in Ratan nagar, 4 bungalows. Their butter chicken is moderately priced and you get a really good quantity and it’s super yummy.

There is a hotel in Kalyan named "Diksha" literally in front of the station. The butter chicken there is I would say almost close to what you ate in Masala Bay 😋

Papa pancho sounds good for price = choice of rotis, dal makhni and dahi. The filp side was the color of the butter chicken which was more brown. I have seen some hotels simply put boiled chicken instead of the grilled one into makhani gravy; which is insult to BC and tastes yaaaaaaaaaak. Love your content.
Masala Bay is expensive af. I celebrated my 18th birthday with 7 of my family and it cost me almost ₹20K. That restaurant caters mainly to people staying in Taj who don't wanna go out to eat due to hygiene . Also for Mumbaikars it's a pain to go there since it's right at the end of Bandstand
Yaar I m also a person who can daily eat Butter chicken. Iv tried almost all restaurants of Mumbai including 5*s. Only best I could find was Pritam Dhaba Dadar. I live in Bahrain. Butter chicken of copper chimney here is the best in the world.... I can challenge any butter chicken lover who knows authentic butter chicken....

5 star for a reason..... the butter chicken at masala bay looked almost perfect ...... I feel the worst among the three was papa pancho da dhaba..... giving dal makhni for butter chicken is bad..... say it's a combo......then the menu is deceiving
