This is what exactly happend to me I sold Hair straightners and in shopify sales I made 7 laks but overal profit i made is 1.5 laks RTO is the Devil of Indian Dropshipping I recommend United States Dropshipping Way Better!
I live in the USA and currently operate a trucking business. I am planning to expand my operations by starting a warehouse in the near future. If you are interested in any additional services, please let me know.
Bro, I just got my mind blown away, It's too much a pack of knowledge. I recently quit my job and started drop shipping as I wanted to start my own business. Honestly, you and Davie Fogarty (Ecom star from the west), just found out the master of the game. Awesome
Hello Ashish Completely agreed Tushar has put so much value in this video and I myself aslo watch David fogarty for ecommerce stuff because he is one of the top players in game. . Btw are you doing india. Dropshipping or trying your hand in US market. I am also doing dropshipping in India.for 1 year now What long have you been in this dropshipping business?
Brother we want international dropshipping challenge for atleast one week. And also detail explanation like this video. And also we appreciate your content 😍
@@EcomTushar did you use courier aggregators like shiprocket, nimbuspost or direct courier partner like delhivery or DTDC. Which company is good for more reach and delivery based on your experience.
that's a great video with high-level insights. Truly love it. But if you can provide the details on creative creation n creative strategy when to kill n when to scale... that would be great!
Great video with lots of useful tips. My best tip for new dropshippers is to get good winner products as soon as possible. That's like the backbone of this business, and for example my strategy is to use some product search services (there is many, but for me the best one is to use a bit of winnerzila. Having five fresh products per week is really powerful).
This case study crisped all of my knowledge, it just gave us the right to do things about doing these on a practical note. Perfect execution please make more case studies its much valuable !!! Thankss'
It is good to see you made tht much revenue in 30 days. I have few questions about this project. 1. How did you find this product and what made you convince tht this will sell in India? 2. How did you find the supplier 3. How did you handle own fulfillment? Thank you in advance!
1. you will find a winning product by doing product research 2. supplier was from roposo (as seen in the video) 3. fulfilment was handled by roposo mostly, they must have been in contact with the supplier
@ecomTushar hi Tushar, big fan of your work. Loved the video. But there are a few questions that I need to ask: 1. You have stated that all these products specially the RTO ones went to your warehouse. So how to arrange that? What is the cost of that? 2. By self shipping you mean, that all the order came to your warehouse 1st and then you had shipped to the customers? But then it must have costed more. So can you please give me more clarity with this?
@@EcomTushar 71% delivery is not possible with this old product, even with self Shipping.........if you really achieved 71% then show proofs. otherwise you are misleading people.
I don't usually comment but I'm following you from the beginning of this project only and the stuff you shared is just amazing, it's just full of practical package knowledge 👍
You mentioned, that 95000 spend on salaries and software, will you please explain which services and which software you are spending your money on, that will be a little help for the beginners like me. Thanks in advanced.
The video was incredibly informative, teaching us about total revenue and net profit in dropshipping. I learned so much from it. Thank you for creating such valuable content!☺
Video posting date in Mar 24. Case study was for Aug 23. Facebook ads was ok till 2023. But 2024, facebook ads not working. Hopefully you also not got results from facebook ads in 2024. That's why using 2023 case study. If you have Any case study in the year 2024, please do post that video.
eah, Customers don't and customers won't trust any random dropshipping video on social media in near time. That's why CPA is increasing day by day. That's exactly people who made fools out of customers, now targeting wanna-be entrepreneurs like you by selling dropshipping and FB ad courses. Because milking from retail customers is done and it's time to upgrade the game. Saying someone with 6 years of Indian e-commerce experience. from dropshipping in 2018-19 to working for top FMCG brands as an e-commerce strategist. I have been there.
All the profit depends upon delivery rate, so i don't think 71% percent delivery is possible even if you do self shipping. I also did self shipping confirmed the orders with customer even then i just got 40% delivery rate. Delivery rate is the major issue in India. If you can show us the Self Shipping data
Tushar, if you are a genuine youtuber, you will not delete this comment. Can you shade some light on below queries? 1. As you were relying on COD, what made to think to scale without even waiting for RTO report? 2. 71% delivery rate for many is a huge thing, can you share the details of it?
I don't delete any comments, don't worry. 1. We start testing with Ropso, and if we get around 50% delivery for a product, we switch to a private supplier. Plus, this product was going quite viral and we were confident that it's clearly being scaled. 2. Yep, we do 5 main things for better delivery rates. 1) Using a one click checkout 2) Manual calling (however for this product we did not do it) 3) Shipping every order within a 24 hour window 4) NDR calling within 24 hours 5) Exclusion of high RTO pin codes
@@EcomTushar thats awesome you are doing 70% delivery, but please share proof of it, we are doing dropshipping from last 2 years never achieved 70% delivery, i tried everything yes self ship, ship in 24 hours etc, People dont trust businesses these days they show one product and ship out some cheap product and hence customers hesitate to accept delivery, businesses dont care about customers i got my money, now get lost thats attitude. when we focus on quality automatically delivery rate will be improved
RU-vid recommended me your video and I am soo thankful, really great stuff Btw I was wondering do you need an video editor and thumbnail designer helping in your growth?
much knowledgeable video than other creators, clearing my concept, plz making more content like this to make us more aware with all the hard know things on e-commerce or dropshipping!
I dont care what other people say. But i really thank you so much for the effort you took to explain in this video. Very helpful and insightful. Thank you so much ❤
Hi Tushar, the video was good for understanding. Can you show deep inside of few more 'ad sets' just like you did for SUV. Need to understand how things works. It was a good learning.
Hey Tusher, Really inspiring to see your hard work and dedication to show us your journey transparently, Question - As a starter into Drop shipping, I would like to know what is the ideal Starting INR Budget for a Single Product store? (in this case I would like to go in your footsteps for a similar car product) Thanks & Regards.
Really helpful! But I face a problem, whenever I increase the budget of any ad that is running, the next day results drop off to almost 0. Why this happens?
20% net profit in electronic segment is really good. You have considered 900 rupee per order but what is the actual price you have purchased the item for from the supplier?
It was really a great experience worth of earning a whooping 60Lakh revenue, thanks for your detailed complete case study, i hope it will help me a lot in the coming days of my journey 🙇🏻 Hatsoff for your detailed explanation without hiding any data and for, showing the exact gudielines of drop shipping 👏🏻

Just a question, why in everyday data on ads manager for all the campaigns the spent in around 700-800 while the budget is being increased on daily basis which is not being fully spend.
It’s definitely possible! We use one click checkout so the address quality is high, and 71% is actually low for that. And yes, proof will be posted in the community. :)
No way, I'm bouttu launch my very first dropshipping store in a week or two and this is the first product I was gonna test😂😂 Tushar, do you think this product is already saturated or could it still be scaled and profitable? Great video, btw. Kudos👏
Hi there i have a very important question for your ads strategy? Do you use different meta pixel for different products or do you use the same one? Won't the campaign face difficulty in optimisation if the pixel is same but the product is different?
Great video and detailed insights, however can you please explain the GST aspect? I can see you mentioned GST on ad spend, but what about GST on sales? Did you charged from customer or you beared the GST on sales? Because that will change the numbers, right?
