Yep mold that's not even painted over. The guest bathroom is terrible. It seems it's left as "a bath to be used by domestic help or working class people", and therefore owner should not care about it at all :(
This is my dream home. 3bhk with 4 baths. I am floored with the elegant wood work of doors in all rooms and even wardrobes. Ventilation awesome in all rooms and the porch area in the bedrooms for having coffe and having look outside. So relaxing home.
Really very nice appartment a dream home. And a suggestion for code estate, plz mension the area or dimensions of the room size in ur vedios. Also mension the life of the building if its not the new building.

It's actually a nice apartment that has beautiful white tiles and plenty of light from all sides, but I think in general, India seriously needs to work on bathroom and kitchen concept. Kitchen was pretty decent here but bathrooms still need work.
Which area of Vile Parle West And what about area and quality og building ? Flat looks great but again price depends upon area and quality of building and parking space
The way you describe is certainly nice. Just a little suggestion about the camera movement, it's a little too much and rapid. Focus a bit more on the cabinetry and room designing with the added amenities. Otherwise you are doing 👍
Although the spaces are very open and gives a larger than life effect, but at least I would be apprehensive in buying the flat as is, because the interiors are quite old fashioned and re-doing the house would add to the cost paid to buy it.
Few commenting prices rt, price high , vile parle most posh area I am wondering if all r ok, VP - traffic , heaps of garbage just anywhere, cows walking anywhere in te bye lanes,mostly old buildings ,not a single building with amenities or facilities except one on te highway by Puranik ( 24 by 7 noise in any flat no choice but close all windows & live under fan or ac ) , huge wells where people from surrounding r aramse washing cloths , if on SV rd then gone reaching to yur destination on time is a dream .... unfortunately broker will want brokerage but won't tell all this. And 7,5cr boss why will one stay I a stand alone blding when same price u will get newer blding with swimming pool clubhouse community living frds walking track and ampi threatre and what not . I see te compliments no offense but thats called upgrade if u want to survive in te market nothing new everyone is doing tht abroad now indian brokers r just copying , today almost every broker is showcasing , brokerage ka brokerage from both parties, plus viewership monetization from you tube, plus revenue from owner for recording and putting up on u tube ... no problem in tht more the merrier everyone shld earn, however madam never replies to any queries asked , all her properties showcased r above market price and mayb does not really sit with the owner to come with a real price while does not give pros cons esply for customers it's totally pro seller videos ...bec of which seller also is unrealistic and sits with his price in a market which is heading fr recession. Whoever has 7-8 CR to spend on a home would never go for already built house... I mean for me if I'm spending that much money then I need everything accordingly me so I won't have regret after.
This is not even close to modern, it's very old school, design is over 15 years old. Insanely overpriced, houses like these can't sell for more than 4 crore.

Not worth more than 2.75 to 3 crore considering the prime area. In the name of ventilation in bed rooms, construction cost is reduced and the safety is at risk. Kitchen could have been litter wider for movement of two people. The space earmarked for GOD is amusing. Probably idea flashed at the end of the construction. Nothing spoken about the construction materials used. That's an enigma in all apartment buildings. Mostly compromised with fancy fittings and fixtures.
What so special about this apart from the big space ? I guess the title of this video needs to be changed .. it’s not ultra Morden at all.. nor luxurious .. it’s only too huge house with normal interior which could have been much much much more better .. what’s the use when can’t afford to hire a much pro interior designer. 🤔
Yukh, this is so old skool. 7.5cr for this one. Not in a life time I would pay this. At this price I would get a gorgeous house in US. Disgusting. No sense of color combination, aesthetics. Unbelievable. Dude there was moistured celieng in one of the bathroom. Color was coming off. Shit. this is not even new house!!
Bathroom is very poorly designed. It is not meeting the cupboard needs. Looks conjusted . kitchen too. All things are arranged in floor. Floors should be free of things for easy cleaning.
