I don't know how to use Sketchup software, but I think Sketchup should be able to do the same. The modeling methods are the same. If the modeling ideas are correct, any software can be used.

Build the shape with a spline, then convert it to an Editable Polygon, and then modify the model wiring above to create a shape.
