It's shop update day for my small business as I launch the winter collection to kick start the holiday sales season. Sales have been slow lately, so I have low expectations for this launch, and I share how I'm navigating a slower year in business.

Your combo of honesty and non-toxic positivity is inspirational and very helpful to us small business folks, or us looking to become small business folks. Too often the shine is too bright for "normal people" to do what makers and influencers appear to do so it's refreshing and comforting to see the real thing. I wouldn't be disheartened, I'm no small business owner but from the outside they always have peaks and troughs don't they? I think that's a good thought you said about putting systems in place, just keep going at your pace 😊And thanks for the videos, I know they take a lot of work too!

This is my first video I’ve found from you and just at the sight of your stash 😮… subscribed right away! The ornament beanies are absolutely adorable ❤. Seeing your pompom maker I thought oh wow maybe you don’t have to trim them?! I guess no gadget has been produced that allows us to make pompoms with no need to shape with scissors! That tool is still super cool though.
