I'm so proud to present this cover to you. Passionate Starmine is one of the more unique songs I've done on my channel. No sweet and innocent idols today. Just three angels and a rocking backtrack.
It was a total pleasure to write the lyrics for this song. As mentioned, it is not like the idol stuff that you're used to on this channel. The imagery was so beautiful and I did my best to capture it in the English lyrics. Of course, things needed to be adjusted here and there in order to get a good rhythm and rhyme scheme, but that's the nature of the biz.
I can't say enough how excited I was to work with Historia, Dev and Joy again. Their voices are each unique but complement each other so well. Rather than trying to imitate the legendary Aina, I wanted to re-imagine how the song would sound if it were scripted for a trio and today's vocalists did not disappoint. Thank you so much!
Overall, I'm really excited to get into more BanG Dream! There is so much variety and sorry I've got mad Roselia bias but I will definitely look at the other bands too! Each one has something really fun and unique to offer.
