Some people may think im mean by saying this but cry. just cry. we all have these times and we just let it out. sometimes if u cry it just releives the smallest bit of stress or try talking it out with someone you trust or even just a notebook to scribble your thoughts, it may look like it may not do much but it does alot (atleast for me). otherwise take a break, so what if u loose subs? It's just about having fun and having caring fans! ik u say u dont need a break but trust me everyone needs one, even for a couple days. i cant stress how much u need to take care of urself if u dont alr, ill always be here

I get that same feeling.. people consider me the quiet and happy kid at school and then in class is when it gets bad bc my teacher chooses our group and I got put with people who hate me and they make me feel so insecure and im crying behind my mask.. Im so sorry for you, you shouldnt have to go through that!
Im not rlly the comfort person but, we're here for u. If you need to take a break, go for it! we will still be here no matter what. Spend time with the ones u love, and get some you time
