You inspired me to wake up early as well. I wake up at 5 right now and it's a game changer. I get so much more done and I'm less stressed. I thought maybe my mind was gone from having kids, but found its just because I'm so busy during the day. I would always forget things bc I just don't work well with constantly doing 5 things at the same time (does anyone lol) with a lot of noise or complaining.
Thank you so much for this video!!! I started working in the morning recently & it's so much better than night. I thought I was "broken" because I just absolutely cannot do anything in the evening hours when so many moms tend to work. This is so validating & I just might get up even earlier to get more done :)
Just this week, I recommitted to getting up at 5am so I have time to go for a walk before my family gets up. It's been great! I love how you use some of your morning time to do work before you take care of the kids! Great idea!
I LOVE morning walks!!! Such a wonderful way to start the day! My husband and often works at 4am so I can’t leave to go on a walk but if I could....it would be very tempting!!!!
I LOVED this video! Definitely inspiring. I am working my way up till 4a to start a small business not necessarily for money but just to find something I love and that brings me joy. Being a mom I have forgotten what I enjoy and getting up early will be my time to discover that again 🙂 Great video!
That is an amazing reason to start a business! I didn’t ever start on YT to make money and if I had I would’ve given up a long time ago because I still don’t make a lot, but building a bigger business off of it and also just helping others is super Inspiring and motivating to me! You can do it!!!
I’d love to see a night routine after kids are asleep (or before..)! I’m trying to balance everything as a single work from home mom - mine are 3 & 5! Really enjoy your videos ✨
Here’s the thing - first of all our nights are chaotic. The girls get super emotional/hyper in the evenings. We are all exhausted. By the time we get the kids down, I’m usually pretty worthless. I try to read, shower, and then beyond that I don’t do a whole lot because I’m tired!
I have been getting up at 4:15 a.m. for many years... I don't share that usually because in my experience people look at you like you are crazy. I do not have small children. My daughter is an adult but she is medically disabled so I am her caregiver. I read the Bible every morning and listen to the Bible Recap; then I recap the day before and add anything that happened where it needs to go based on what it pertained too. I am a big color coder and this way things jump out of the page at me. I do not use a "traditional" planner I use a notebook with a weekly plan on google. I then plan my day. I find this gives me "alone/me time" and just starts my day in a good place... I will also do anything that I need to do for me.
Thank you so much! You have so much good sense suggestions in a very realistic and wholesome and loving Christian format. I am always encouraged mostly at this stage of my life to be a better grandmother. Thank you
THANK YOU! I’ve been watching less YT lately as I work on my own time management issues that are impacted by my ADHD & anxiety. Your routine and videos about it have inspired me SO much and I’m excited for this recent update. It’s encouraging that you’re able to keep it up and still feel good about it after so long. I have enjoyed your boxed in the past and I’m considering renewing for this training because I need it SO much!!! Thank you for always pouring into us 💗🙏
That’s amazing to take a break from YT! I sometimes wish my business wasn’t built on social media so I could more easily set boundaries, but it’s how I reach people like YOU so I’m grateful for it. I’m so glad this video was helpful! I cannot wait for next month to tackle this topic for my birthday month!!!
I used to get up earlier in the morning to read my Bible and do my morning devotionals. I want to get back to that!! It made a huge difference in my day.
So Inspirational. I am already getting up at five each morning to have some me time but I'm trying to muster the courage to start a yt channel. Thanks for the inspiration
The one thing that would make my day better is just, Getting Up!" LOL That is step 1 for me.Seriously, I know that I am way more productive if I get up early and complete devotional time and my workout before the kids get up. I just have not been able to stick with it for a whole week. This video was so motivational and my goal for next week is to get up at 4:45 a.m. and get it done in a quiet space.
I totally get it! Maybe just do 5-15 minutes earlier than you already are to start and just do something you absolutely love to start. Have a special coffee, paint your nails, watch a show, etc. just something to get you out of bed. Then over time you can transition to doing things that you actually want to get done in the morning
I always come back to you for anything time management, morning routine etc. I have purchased in the past your teacher pay teacher items when you had your daycare and used them to organize my mornings. Literally because of you I started getting up at 5am many years ago & read my miracle morning. I just thought I’d comment and say thank you!
If I could fit in time in the morning I would dinner prep. I'm usually exhausted by the time I get off work. I would also love to fit in Bible time. I typically put it all throughout the day and then it never gets done.
Hi Sarah, I follow you videos from time to time. I support and appreciate what you are doing for the community and your family. I just have one question. What time do you go to bed? I often hear that a great morning routine starts the night before. I struggle to get to bed at a decent hour to be able to wake up early. Thanks again for sharing. Really appreciate it.
I aim for 9pm. I do just fine off 7 hours of sleep but I know not everyone does! And everyone’s situation is different! We are a very early rising family from my days of daycare and my husband’s job.
Wow what a huge inspiration you are, I am a daycare provider in England with 2 of my own children & I have to say by 7pm I am definitely past my best lol, the job is so tiring, thank you for sharing your routine I will definitely be trying some tips out, especially a bit of me time in the morning! I think if I could fit some meal prep in, that would make my day run smoother! 🙂
I am not a morning person so if I could take my time by myself in the morning listening to audiobooks or podcasts would help me. I would love some alone time before the littles get up
Getting up and doing a work out or meditation consistently would be a game changer! It truly makes a difference for my day. As a mom it hard to make time for you but it’s important
I feel better when I get a few minutes of exercise in the morning. My routine is super simple, done in my kitchen, with lots of stretching and only takes 5 minutes.
Hey! I just wanted to say that I found your channel earlier this year and it has truly been a blessing. What you do is truly a ministry. You have helped me so much. Thank you! God bless you and your family.
How early do you manage to get to bed? Because if it’s any later than 10pm (8:30pm would be better), which to me already seems near impossible because there is always still so much to do in the evening, how are you not chronically sleep-deprived? 😌💛 if you can give any tips on how you manage to go to bed so early, please let us know 🙏💛💛 ps: I am all in podcast is the best, excited to find someone else also listening to it 😀😊
I go to bed at 9, so I get 7 hours of sleep on weeknights. I feel that works for me / I’m not dragging mid-day. But everyone has different needs. My kids are early to bed and early to rise. They are in bed/rooms at 7:30 so I have an hour and a half at night most nights. They don’t always go to sleep then and obviously some nights it’s later, but they are in their rooms having quiet time by then most nights
I so wish my morning time. My daughter is 16 months and will not sleep past 4 if I am not co sleeping with her so I have lost this time! I used to be able to but now nope. Guessing its a season of life and I will get back to it eventually!
He often works at 4:30am so he’s long gone by the time I make the bed. And when he works later he gets the girls up and gets up at about 5:45 to take out the garbages and empty the dishwasher. He also works late a few nights a week so I do bedtime by myself so when he is home he does wake up time so I have a bit more time to get ready for the day
I thought I’d give your box a try. I’m a new single mom going back to work after 21 years as a stay at home mom. I tried the coupon code morning time but could not get it to go through. I was doing the 3 month subscription. Would you please help me?
Wow what a bit change to be going back to work! You've got this! Sorry about the coupon code - the code only works for month to month orders since you are already getting a discount for 3+ month subscriptions. Thank you so much!
Girls are down by 7:30 / don’t fall asleep then necessarily. I go to bed by 9 usually. I don’t particularly like filming at night because my kids go through the witching hour and I’m usually exhausted but maybe eventually I will
@@HomeschoolGlue I go through the same thing with my kids. If you have any tips on how to get through the fussing and whining, that would be great. That's one of my struggles and by the time, I have them in bed....I'm ready to pull my hair out 🤣🤣🤣
