I cannot understand the very first. Putting the lobster clasp on. You are going a little fast and do you mean bring it to the center of the thread. I cannot tell if you tie a knot after you run the needle through the seed bead at first.

Hello,Since it is a method of crossing both ends of the fishing line without using a needle, there is no initial knot. There is an explanation in the video as well,Place the lobster clasp in the center of the thread and start with the left and right threads having the same lengths〜

Unless you are using two needles, how do you get two pearls on one side of lobster clasp and one pearl on the other side? I'm totally confused. From putting on clasp you skip right to pearls already on the thread. Please help. I love this bracelet and trying hard to figure it out.

There seems to be a big misunderstanding about the thread you are using. The thread this time is not a bead stitching thread, but a fishing line, so the tip is straight and stiff, so you can pass it through the beads just like a needle. The tip of the fishing line is painted with a marker to make it easier to see the transparent fishing line.
