I disagree he is not underrated, it is pretty obvious what a great actor he is, but The whole cast in TVD is a very rare combination of beautiful looking people with outstanding acting skills, they contribute to make real characters that are unforgettable now, Stefan, Damon, Elena, Katherine, Caroline, Bonnie, Klaus, Elijah, Alaric etc. So much that Kevin Williams the writer of TVD wrote a part for Paul in his next project "Tell me a story" in which Paul is in both seasons.
I know I'm late to the party. I have to say that Stefan is always going to be the one for me. Paul was incredible in his role. He is absolutely gorgeous.
