Hi! This video really comes out of nowhere haha I wasn't planning on making another WenZhou video but I couldn't finish any video I started and the other day while I was listening to this song I immediatly thought that the lyrics fitted so well with them... So the inspiration came and voilà x)
This video is darker than my other ones, I really enjoyed working on their dark past! And I love pain sorry ! The complexity and depth of these two characters are also the reason I love them so much. In the end they found salvation and happiness through each other.

I just finished this show today and this was by far one of the best edits I've seen. I really applaud you on your ability to express the song and its lyrics through the show. A lot of people who edit fail to do so. At first I wasn't sure about the song, but when you pair it up with the show it just works so beautifully. Anyways, Good Job!

This is masterful, especially with the two POVs. Johnny Cash always packs an emotional punch, and this Nine Inch Nails cover just works sooooo well. Not going to lie, this made me cry!

Oh, man. You really got me with this one. How incredibly perfect. I managed to hold myself together until the part came where the red drape slowly falls over Cao Weining and Gu Xiangs bodies. From that point on it was all tears! Also, I realized over the past year that all of my most favorite edits are actually all from your channel. I don't usually leave comments under these kinds of videos, and the video itself is already three years old, but my god, this impressed me too much, and now I'm clumsily typing the lyrics into the translator. It's already been noted here that the lyrics are perfect for the story of these two, but I'll say it again: every line seems to be in place, the words hit the heart. The footage itself also perfectly matches the lyrics, I love it when videos don't just mix footage from the drama with the song, but the song itself works for the footage, and vice versa. So you understand, the drama itself didn't impress me as much as this video. I literally cried by the end. Huge respect to the author, thanks to you I learned another cool song and was able to look at this couple in a different way.

This video didn't get as much attention as my other wenzhou videos so I'm always happy when I get feedback from this one 😊 Whenever I make a video, I always try to find a song where the lyrics can match the footage and this song was really perfect for these two characters! I'm really glad you like it and wanted to let me a comment, even if the video was posted 3 years ago, I try to read all the new comments I get 😊

... OH MY GOD ! The song started and I was pleasently surprised like "oh so it's -this- Hurt". I've listened to this song a lot but never realised how perfectly it fits Wenzhou ! And that edit ! First of all the quality of the picture and the story, the scenes selected, having ZZS the WKX's perspective then both of them together with the happy end. Bless you for this edit ! It made my evening ! :D

It's called word of honor (the info is in my description) you can watch it on RU-vid, Viki or Netflix (not every countries have it on Netflix though) it was also on Amazon prime, I don't know it's still the case. There is a special episode in the end that is not included in some platforms (EP 37)

Si je devais choisir de quelles paroles parler en rapport avec les différents moments choisis, ce serait toutes les paroles parce que tu as encore une fois su bien mixer les deux pour bien faire mal (mais ça va aussi tellement bien ensemble !)
