I never thought Jocelyns death would end up being this blessing in disguise for Clary and Alec and their relationship .. But it has , It brought them together beautifully and you can see now Alec Genuienly staring to care about Clary . In 2x05 he was so protective of her and that was amazing to see from him . Him in 2x07 being the one to talk to Jace about Clary ... Their relationship and its growth is one of my favorite parts of season 2 .

I agree... then there was that scene with Sebastian when he was telling her to use her emotions to activate the runes and Alec could see how upset she was getting and telling him to stop. I love Malec and I don't think I'm a big Clace shipper but I love the friendship between Alec and Clary. I love their scenes.

This is such an awesome video! It brings out all the emotions. =) I freaking love Alec and Magnus, they're so adorable, but I think why people ship Alec and Clary is because since season one Alec has been acting more like Jace from the books and Jace has been acting like a whole new person. So Alec and Clary have gotten, in my opinion, some of the best witty, funny, chemistry-filled, scenes. Which is so unfair because Jace and Clary were the freaking best in the books. Okay, I'm rambling, point is your video was great, really loved it! =) =)

Radiant Rhys Well I haven't read any but I've been wanting to. I want to wait and then read the books. A lot of people don't know or don't lets say know the creators can make Alec straight again. Gay and lesbian and other can turn straight again. I'm not homophobic I'm just saying something that looks good to me like Alec and Clary. Many people prefer Clary and Jace or Clary and Simon. People feel differently and other people have to respect and understand that it's just like their opinion this isn't something that we should fight about (:

ALISON Folkes I understand you like them better but many people think/feel different. Many people say "He's gay" yeah we know but the creators can change that. They can change. Many people say that people are homophobic because they want a gay guy with a girl but that doesn't mean your homophobic. You just want someone that you think looks good with someone together. If Alec and Magnus end up together then that's great. If you shipped Alec and Clary you would understand.

The problem is not that you ship Alec and Clary because of course you can. I like their interactions together and in another world they would have been cute. The problem is that you expect they change the fact that Alec is gay. You CAN'T change someone's sexual orientation. Alec was, is and will always be gay. So the sooner you accept that and enjoy their potential friendship the better for you. Trust me. Clalec isn't gonna happen the way you want...

Spoiler Season 3B: Clary should have a goodbye scene with Alec and Magnus but most importantly, Izzy, too in the last episode. Like Simon and Jace did. They were going to become parabatai!

I fucking hate this they use Magnus to help clary kind of be together with Alec like wtshjdiwidn, okay I clam myself, if you ship this okay, but don't use Magnus to help clary, and if u are a reader the number one rule is that you never ship anyone with Magnus or Alec because they belong to each other, but okay
