CGB, long time follower and have enjoyed your guidance and watching you play. However, this deck has provided me more enjoyment than any other deck you have done. i play a 100 card deck like this, except with Urza's Sylex, great for hitting their planeswalkers. Also if they ramped, it resets their lands back to 6. I think CGB would like Urza's Sylex because it works faster than Karn's Sylex so you can get it off easier. If you have 2 extra mana available you can pick out a planeswalker for yourself too. I use Jace to mill 15. I also use the 5 mana white card that makes them sacrifice up to 13 creatures. I use field of ruin instead of Mirrex.

I played Counterpost back when Kjeldoran Outpost was legal (and being opened in packs of Alliances) and this deck COMPLETELY scratches that itch. What I love about the design is that the 7 hard counters (I cut one Soul Partition for an extra Devious Cover-Up) exile. I just played an Atraxa pile and could just hold my counters for the crucial spells to exile. Plus the 3 Farewells getting rid of graveyards is an excellent strategic tool. I am LOVING this deck to play for fun. My fun, not theirs :)

Without mindsplice apparatus it would be too mana intensive. Imagine wiping with that and not having enough mana to have a counter to respond with or gain card advantage. There's a reason why it's built in a different deck.

I met a more effective version of it at least 3 weeks ago. I'm not kidding, there's a magic card left out here that makes it even better, but I'm not going to give ideas for that kind of player.
