@@nananajiglo.2743 I’ve added it to my birthday wishlist 😂 I swear since you started this channel I’ve invested in a PSP, iPod Classic, I’m looking into refurbishing my old Gameboy Advance SP too!
I'm seriously thinking about saving up for a ROG Ally that I can probably get on a sale or Black Friday but their gameplay is very relaxing, especially Genshin. Good Job!
I was going to get one of those, but the specs on the ally beat it for me. Plus, I'm able to customize it! I'm thinking of getting the odin lite to emulate in the faarr future tho.

Love the way you make your electronics look so cute. I just purchased on of these to play some older Xbox games I purchased years ago and don't want an Xbox. And you are a great driver. I shy away from driving games as I am always off road or going backward!
Maan I'm always so jealous of people with cute desk setups. My room is quite small so I have no space for a desk, I use my laptop on my bed (on a stand so it's not overheating, no worries) but I've always wanted a cute desk :( clearly took it for granted when I had one years ago. Good review! I'm considering a Windows based handheld PC even though I love my Steam Deck, I am also hesitant to do do a dual boot on it and I want something a bit more compact to actually take with me - SD is bit of an unit in that regard...
Look at you building childe international 👏👏I know you doing dmg rn, my yae miko n kazuha do so much combined 2 hours of battery is kinda low but for the quality is pretty reasonable, similar to a laptop battery on good settings with genshin
Thank you so much for the video! I am thinking of saving for one, but there are so many options out that I find it very confusing. Your video did help me lean toward saving for the Ally, though. Thank you for showing actual game play and your thoughts on it.❤
No problem! I would also check out the company 'ayn' because they sell similar handheld PCs. I might get one of the new ones in December, but I'm indecisive. 🩷🩷
I'm back again! I would look for another option because a lot of us have been dealing with the SD reader not being read. It's a common issue, and I just noticed it 😭 I'm trying to see if I can get it fixed atm.
@@nananajiglo.2743 Thank you so much for the update! It really means a lot that you get back to your community on your thoughts and things you notice over time. ❤️
Another one thank you. ゚.+:。∩(・ω・)∩゚.+:。 Finally after months on contemplating whether I should purchase this or not I did the thing. I wish this came out before the steam deck because I do prefer handheld PCs that run on windows! I don't typically like to do longer videos, but this device honestly needed it. Let me know what ya'll think in the comments! ⚠️ EDIT: There has been a lot of issues with the sd card reader not working or able to be read. I'm currently trying to see if i can get this fixed!
I personally think the ally is better especially since I have small hands so the steam deck isn’t the most comfortable for me. Also the SD card reader I know some people have been saying it gets hot or like you said doesn’t read well. Last I heard ASUS was going to try to fix that with a software update in the future so fingers crossed!
Join the Class Action Lawsuit. ASUS released a defective product that is killing end-user's MicroSD cards. There is no fix for this as it is a hardware design flaw. Get compensated.
I love your set up I have the same geekshare bag for my switch oled. I think you forgot a screen protector but I bet 9 times out of 10 you have one on it now ❤🎉 I just love the kawaii aesthetics
The rog ally looks very neat but I ended up going with the ayaneo air 1s. I prefer the smaller form factor. The ally would have been satisfying as well though.
@@HanahakiStudio I really enjoy it. The software(Ayaspace) is not great. Very minimal, does enough to be useful but doesn’t do everything I need it to do. The device is very well made, buttons and joysticks feel great. The screen is great. The suspend/resume functionality of Ayaspace is absolutely top notch. I didn’t expect a windows handheld to excel in that department, but whatever ayaneo did in Ayaspace just works in that regard. Overall it’s my favorite device. I have heard about the quality control issues but that seems to be the case with most companies.
@@HanahakiStudio A big flaw for me is the button remapping in Ayaspace. It’s very limiting and sometimes causes issues in games. For example the escape keybind (rc)doesn’t work consistently in the epic games version of kingdom hearts and in chiaki. However it does work when I play steam games. And you can’t really change the keybinds to whatever you want. Certain special keys are not remappable and the ones that are can only be mapped to certain buttons in Ayaspace. It is quite powerful/capable and has played every game I’ve thrown at it. Most recently I was playing elden ring and palworld at 1080p. I do play with custom low settings but I was getting about 50-55fps. Overall I am happy with the device and prefer it over my steam deck. I do wonder how much better the rog ally software is compared to this.
Your set up is so pretty!! Hoping I can do something like that someday. I also love how you chose to decorate the rog ally, it's making me think about getting that instead of a Steam deck. Your switch is also super pretty!! Where did you get the Childe thumb grips? :0
Since buying mine the only thing I did to mine is upgrading the SSD since I keep hearing about how it will mess up the micro SD card. Everything work fine no trouble with it.
Thanks showing this video, I was so confused as first, now I understand. I brought a stream deck by accident, and I see what I want, that in rog ally, I can play steam games and windows 11 to play genshin, I’m getting my refund, and get rog alley!! Thanks!!!!
Hi may i know if the highest setting w 60 fps will drop constantly or not in genshin? I have ipad pro but still highest setting make it look not smooth at all during fight and explorance 😕
I have heard some rumours about Genshin coming to steam and eventually being playable on the steam deck so I’m debating if I should just wait until that becomes true
@@nananajiglo.2743 😒🥺 lol I was really looking for a real cute one. Temu has some that supposed to fit the deck and switch, but I’m not taking that chance
do i need a pc for it? i play genshin on mobile rn and i want this device, but i dont have a laptop or pc, if i need one to connect it to or something?
I mean, that's with a lot of tablets, but the majority of handheld PCs in the market right now can only really last 1-3 hours when playing heavier games.
Any update on how this has been for you? It's on sale and I'm considering buying one as it's been on my wishlist. I've heard about the micro SD card reader thing, I'm not sure if that's a big deal if I upgrade the SSD and don't use micro sd. I mostly play smaller indie titles anyway. Thanks in advance if you are able to respond!
I'd go for it especially when it goes on sale tbh. My only grip was the overheating issue on the micro SD slot, but it seems like they aren't selling faulty ones anymore last time I checked. Now I have experience some freezing and unresponsiveness when the first few weeks I had it, but I'm not experiencing it anymore! 🩷🩷
