Just sleep and intend, it's the easiest laziest method I use to shift, and also, you don't need to listen to this overnight for it to work, you can listen to it before bed while meditating, good luck. :)
@@ENFPSIS nothing wrong with falling asleep during a method! Because that's the entire point, I recommend focusing on the intention as you fall asleep, during the hypnagogic state (half-awake half-asleep state) your mind will remember intentions as you sleep and shift you. Happy shifting. :)
@@p1zdontaskmethX so you've shifted before by just setting an intention? I always end up overthinking exactly how to phrase it and end up doubting lol. what phrase do you use? also do you just forget about the intention and fall asleep or do you have to be thinking about it as you fall asleep? Sometimes I set an intention and get too excited and have to end up thinking about something else just so i can fall asleep
this is the last shifting subliminal I listened to (it was weeks ago tho) so ima comment this here I have never successfully shifted, however there was a time or two where I think I might have minishifted. I have tried shifting for maybe 3 years and not really given up but shifting just isn't a primary topic in my life anymore but I still try like once every three months. so I came home and took a nap. I woke up from the nap and wanted to continue the nap and then I was sorta half asleep. I had this dream that you have whenever you're half asleep, idk I can't explain it, anyways that dream felt more real than any other dream I've ever had and I think I was actually there. I could even hear all my surroundings clearly AND my mind was kinda still here and I had in mind that I was actually just laying in my bed. So anyways, my surroundings changed. First the sounds around me and then I realised "oh God this is what my class sounds like" and my vision changed and I was in my class, I saw the two classmates that I really don't like, I freaked out because I think I wasn't wearing pants (because I wasn't wearing pants when I napped lol) so I opened my eyes and I was back in my room, the sounds were still there but they faded after a few seconds. I know that I might've been in a sort of void state or sth bc it's the same state you're in when you're having a sleep paralysis and I had a sleep paralysis when I woke up the second time (luckily only for a few seconds and only my head was paralysed lol) I tried all of this again but on purpose this time and it worked a bit but my mom and my sister were talking downstairs so I could hear them and they snapped me out of the void state. anyways, this just gave me new motivation. I don't really know when I'll try this again, I think it works best after I just woke up because I'll be the sleepiest when I wake up. So my plan is to set my alarm in the middle of the night and then go right back to sleep and try shifting, wish me luck!!
@@sab_bat2922 désolée de répondre aussi tard 😭 non j'ai pas shift avec mais je peux te conseiller une autre de ses vidéos (Olisubs) qui s'appelle "SHIFTERS PACKAGE 6Hz Theta Waves" avec qui j'ai eu des rêves vifs, je me réveillais et je me souvenais souvent de mes rêves mais aussi avec qui j'ai eu un rêve lucide (j'en fait jamais de base) bon shift à toi, je sais que tu vas réussir !!
