Welcome to another cab ride - today in southern France, along the ocean! This route is part of the famous French riviera line (Côte d'Azur) between Nice & Marseille.
We are travelling with a freshly renovated Z23500 Regional train of the SNCF.
Aujourd'hui, je vous propose un voyage sur une partie de la ligne de la côte d'azur, la célèbre "French Riviera", entre Toulon et Marseille. La ligne longe de plus ou moins près la mer Méditerranée sur tout son parcours. Je vous laisse apprécier la beauté de la ligne et ses ouvrages d'arts bien encaissés ainsi que son profil tortueux sous ce magnifique ciel bleu de mois d'aout. Nous nous trouvons à bord d'une TER 2N PG (Z23500) fraîchement rénovée.

We had a mobile home situated between Bandol & Sanary over twenty years ago for some years. Always travelled by rail. This brings back memories by the lorry load. Wonderful area, so much to see & enjoy, if you had the strength to move as the temperature was so relaxing. Will always be pleased I stumbled across Provence, it was heaven on earth.

The most scenic parts of this line are Saint-Raphaël to Cannes (red rocks falling into deep blue see)...., and Nice to Ventimiglia (italian border) via Monaco

An enjoyable and picturesque ride, thank you for posting it. Several observations in regards to what was viewed previously on this channel: 1) Switzerland seems to have a place for everything, and everything seems to be in its place. Even the weeds are neater in that Alpine country. 2) If this route is any indication, France has a lot more fencing--and not exactly an attractive kind--than does Switzerland, particularly at railway stations were one might think such is not necessary. 3) The plague of American graffiti has apparently affected all of Europe. It is so sad to see the disease that compels idiots to place their "tags" and "artwork" on everyone's property but their own has infected the European continent. So sorry for that. Lastly, that locomotive's horn makes the same sound I do when suffering a wintertime chest cold. Both sounds are that of a domesticated goose in heat.

Thank you for an excellent video! On this journey the most interesting thing to see was that, despite Covid-19, there were a large number of passengers using both the train from which you were filming and the train on the adjoining track at Marseilles St Charles. This is in marked contrast to the number of passengers using trains here in England.

Niesamowite, w jakich odstępach czasowych przejeżdżają pociągi przez jeden rozjazd - gdzie czasowa strefa bezpieczeństwa, bo przecież może nastąpić awaria w rozjeżdzie i jadący z naprzeciwka wyląduje na podrozjazdnicach. Chyba, że film jest odtwarzany z podwyższoną prędkością

Guten Tag Herr Basta Danke für den netten Kommentar. Ich mag alle Eisenbahnen und möchte so viele wie möglich historisch festhalten. Ich habe auch schon Aufnahmen von Belgien & Deutschland und bin froh wenn es Leute gibt die gerne mithelfen. Ingesamt habe ich nun Material für über 50 weitere Videos, nur die Zeit fehlt, sie alle zu bearbeiten. Den Zug sehen Sie meistens vor der Abfahrt, wie in diesem Video bei 1:06.
