@JoopDelingen I'm left footed and right handed but learnt to play both ways because I teach drums. It's not me showing off if that's what you think :) Electric kick pads are not the best for super fast DB action. You can't beat a real kick drum for that I'm afraid.

I thought the "little roll" at the end of the first bar was on the high tom ("and" on the floor tom but "a" on the high) and beat 4 of the second bar was snare and crash rather than open high hat. It doesn't sound much different to be honest but the sticking feels more natural to me. works either way. Good stuff.

@iwatchvideosbecause Your "Drum Memory" hasn't developed yet. Over years you get better and better at hearing a drum beat and memorising it, just like practising a new language. Don't beat yourself up over the occasional bass drum miss hit, it's not the end of the world. Keep practising and over time this will become easier for you. Hope that helps! Rob:)

I noticed that and thought it was cool you got it set up that way for our benefit. Maybe worth trying just a completely left-handed setup and simply mirroring the video image? Anyway, you've been super helpful. Have used four of your free videos so far, and they really are just perfect. I never thought I'd be able to play "The End" by The Beatles perfectly, for example, but I'm absolutely nailing it now. Thanks so much.

Looks like a Roland, but I think it's custom built since I can't find this exact one. The closest I can find to this is the "Roland TD-11K" It costs about 1000 USD where I live.
