for somehow, with me Otto is the best character dev (just my opinion) I can't tell I hate or like him, but after all, his story is so awesome!!!! In the end, all he say just "Kallen, live" ...

It's beautiful how we all felt this moment so much. The primary villain in this incredible story did exactly what he said he was going to do. It may have been at great cost but we all felt that heart jerk when we see Kallen alive. This was huge! This was the culmination of four years of emotional rollercoasters. I love how everyone gets silent as we wait to see if he really did it.

Not a simp. Jeez! Just throwing around the word huh? A simp is expecting something for what you did. Otto doesn't care about that. He had long accepted that he and his universe Kallen wouldn't be together due to circumstances and he accepted it. Otto just wants her to live.

I really dont feels that much about ppl sayingthat he's the unredeemable villain. Because he could, and he wanted to, that's why he does it. He's strong, he had power inside his hand, it was his rights to do so. He dont even need anyone to understand or anything, pretty chad to me. Just like how Vergil still loved by the fans despite him killing a bunch of people in the last game. It's not his fault to kill a bunch of people, it's their fault for not being strong enough to stop him. Weakness is the real sin. Since the dawn of humanity, the strong depict what is right.

Most villains regret what they done in the end. While Otto has no regrets at all. (I haven't played Honkai, I've only known the basic plot and seen a few scenes. But after seeing all these, I'm quitting Genshin and starting Honkai)

Oh Otto has many regrets. Regrets, guilt, despair, sorrow etc. Otto had it all but doing that won't get you closer to your goal now right? That's what he did. He keeps moving forward. It's unfortunate for the other cast affected by his machinations but in his view, humanity died with Kallen and Otto. The old Otto. He knows he is a monster and if people hate his guts I tell you that Otto hates himself the most. I doubt we would get another character with this level of complex writing. Might be for Kevin but with his new project stigma? Nah! He makes Otto a saint. Welcome to Honkai Impact!
