Omg I have to share my love for the AGGGTM (A good girls guide to murder) series! I love how the endings of each book were so consistent. Like, it wasn't even a cliffhanger but each ending really stuck with me even after a few months uwu. BUT, miss author really ended the 3rd book with a "..." and I can say that that was the best ending it could possibly have hehe. Also.. RAVI! OMG RAVI! I WANT A RAVI WHAHAHHA😭
A good girls guide to murder will forever have my heart. The plot, the characters, the mystery, the style - it’s just pure magic. Especially the way the last book ended - I still haven’t recovered, and honestly I don’t want to. It gave so much and so little that makes the book what it is. I’ve read many mysteries but that trilogy tops it all. Ravi and Pip keep me believing in love
I just finished reading One Of Us Is Lying. I really enjoyed it and I didn't really know who the killer was until I got into 75% of the book. I absolutely love A Good Girl's Guide to Murder! I love the plot twist in all three books including the character development! Thanks for sharing!

Read ace of spades. It’s a YA thriller I think. It follows Devon and Chiamaka as they try to find out who in the school is leaking rumors about them and those rumors put there life and future at risk. It deals with social eugenics, homophobia, LGBTQ+ characters, Black characters, racism, suicidal ideation, and some other factors. It’s a great read and it is a good pace

Same!!! Self help is not for me either! Mystery and Thriller are my absolute favorite. I can do romance sometimes, but it’s usually not my go to at all.
I LOVE AGGGTM!!! I was sitting alone at night reading the ending so it definitely freaked me out a bit so I couldn't really get emotional because the horror is really present, but rethinking about it makes me feel funny (sad) but the story (book 1)ends in a hopeful note! I have yet to finish book 2 & 3 because I love buying books so much that I'm wasting money so I'm using the school library as a tool

They are all about murder and how these two girls solve them, I really enjoyed them and I hope you try them! 😀

Gotta try one of those during this holiday break. But I would like to suggest a thing. Uhm. First to fit this season, I recommend Dying for Christmas. It's a good one, and I'll be honest. It played me at the first part, and kinda like... disappoints me to the second half. But I say, it kinda has a different twist from the others for me. And next, Dangerous Girls. (But I doubt book lovers haven't read that yet.) And Last. IDK I haven't finished them, but I kinda like the way they were written. Remember Mia and Little Monsters. ♥️
I actually bought One of Us Is Lying a while ago and started reading it but I dropped it because I was busy. Now that I hear it's been recommended by someone I definitely want to make time to read it! Edit: I recommend you read a book called "No Exit," I haven't read it myself (god I really want to though), I saw someone tell the story of it on RU-vid and I must say, I got whiplash from all the brilliant plot twists. It's about a girl named Darby who's traveling from Colorado to her hometown in Utah to visit her mom after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She gets snowed into this rest stop with 4 other people on the way through and won't be able to leave for the next 10 hours when the snowplows will arrive. She passes by one of the other cars and sees the hand of a small child grabbing what looks like a cage but when she went back to make sure, the hand was gone. She is now trapped at a rest stop with 4 other people, one of whom is a child kidnapper and murderer and Darby has to figure out who it is before it's too late. I hope if you do decide to read it at some point, that you like it. People say it plays out more like a film than a book (it was written by a director) and I think that's really cool. Of course! Cozy Mysteries are usually based in small towns/villages with ordinary people turned sleuths! I ADORE those books because they seem so more personal and realistic!
