this spoke to me in more ways than I can imagine. As someone with ADHD, sensory overload is awful to deal with, and forgetting where you put your meds or forgetting to take them can get frustrating and start a spiral. Thank you Nadia
Its so much worse with sounds and touchy people for me, i snapped at my grandma because i asked her several times if she could “please be quiet for a bit” because i couldn’t handle any more noise and she kept poking me and non-stop talking so i snapped. This was in a two hour car ride so while the rest of the ride was akward it was quiet so i didn’t mind😅
My younger brother has ADHD but he's like 7 or 8 so he doesn't really need meds yet but with what I know about it it will probably get worse as he ages and with the awful headaches that run through our family along with the facts my family will all need glasses oneday (yes I know we lost the genetic lottery) and go to church every week things might be hard for him in the future
@XalphadragonXXndX it's different for everybody, but it's important to learn from your personal experiences to see what bothers you and what doesn't. For example, you might not have issues with textures, but too much noise could bother you. Hope this helped- :)
Omg i have ADHD and this is literally the best way to represent the way we (people with ADHD) feel when we don’t take our meds like everything in here have i been through a total masterpiece
2:51. Yes. As someone with ADHD. This is so much more common than some people actually think 😭 in fact, this entire video was practically spot on for myself that is, for those wondering everyone with ADHD has a different type or degree, of ADHD, and the pills? they do in-fact taste disgusting.
I have ADHD along with my sister. So I can relate to most the the things here. 9:36 Xisuma is acting like my sister in the sense that she hates taking the medicine. :)
I take mine by putting it in the center of a piece of food that I can swallow whole, or that I've already chewed up. it keeps the meds from touching my flesh.
Okay, that was amazing. I love how Keralis didnt get upset when He got yelled at (like he got a litle upset but He quickly understood why) , and that Cub helped x out. Thank you mother you never disapoint❤
4:26 Oop- this happens daily for me **laughs in I have anxiety and adhd + I can’t sleep well, and my mom took me off my meds because she thought I didn’t need them anymore**
I cried watching this. Thank you for putting this so perfectly, to the way that X immediately apologised (being something I do often) to the line ‘I can go a fat without my meds.’, it was so relatable and I loved it!
Omg! As a person with ADHD this is exactly how it is for me! If I don’t take me meds I’m just a mean person who hates everyone and feels like everyone hates me! Also 9:33 so relatable XD
Omg I missed you, I think I have ADHD but am yet to be diagnosed. Tho I’ve never had a serious definite overload so I don’t know. Beautiful video tho, I love all of your videos 🧡💖
You did really well showing the adhd effects and things. I personally don’t have adhd, but my little brother does. When we didn’t know about it, he would constantly act out and freak out whenever something little happened, and I saw that really well when X yelled those couple of times :) Nice video!!
Oh boy poor X i hope he'll feel better soo- OMG Cub's face is so cute 🥺💕 His cutness makes me wanna cry ☺️😣 Wait what is this video about again? Oh yeah X is about to die *Coughs* X you need some rest how many times do we have to tell you 😤
Yo ADHD person here, that representation was great. I act the exact same way when I don’t take my meds for a while when I normally take them consistently. The withdrawal is awful and sometimes still has some effects on me after I take them. I think the most relatable thing was walking into a room and forgetting why, I still do that when on my meds sometimes.
I'm revisiting you're old videos, and I forced one of my best friends to eat food by saying Keralis' line: "I will feed you mouth to mouth if you don't take them" and now I have established dominance and authority because I said it in such a serious tone that they thought i would do it XD.
Okay so what I imagine is just like, X's meds ran out a while ago, and threw the box they're (no longer) in away, but forgot he ran out and thus missed multiple moments for when he had to take them in
Oh my gosh this was amazing- representing what happens with an ADHD person when they don’t take their meds, it’s good awareness weather it’s for video angst or not- Oh my gosh we did this to Suma because of the poll’s- Also… IT’S back-
I saw this earlier and didn't know what to say, i still don't but this is too good to not leave a comment on! Like the only word that comes to mind is masterpiece!
I have ADHD, and when I can’t find something I tend to hyper fixate on it, until I find it and have had full blown anxiety attacks over not finding something.
I" can go without them it's fine, what could be the worst that could happen if i dont take them? Man I can't go a day without my Ritalin before I explode this is a bad idea and I'm only 3.20 m in. This isn't gonna end well is it."
I don't have ADHD but I have autism and relate a ton to the sensoru overload :') It always feels like everything's going fine and yoy can get through it if you try but then SUDDENLY the lights are too bright and people are whispering too loud 😭
watching this quite late at night- Anyways EX STOP TRYING TO FIX PROBLEMS YOURSELF AND ACT INCREDIBLY INDEPERNDENT AND ASK FOR HELLLPPP and i just wanted to say that i found it cute that cub seemed more concerend than upset when x yelled at him Another thing, I had a sensory overload from my autism a few weeks ago, it caused me to basically break down, theres not much more to say about it- It was horrible though. I hate having autism, from my knowledge autism is just a mix of evrything so it causes me to relate to things that arnt directed at me, like this for example. No idea why im saying all this. Just am, best place to get things off your chest is a place where your anonimous. Its really difficult having autism as a teen, kids never mean to but they can be quite rude about it, they use it as an insult reguarly. Im lucky because my autism has almost no effect on my learning capability, the reason i saw almost is because of my hyper-fixations. Theyre like, (bad - really bad) obsessions that cant be helped, this affects my learning because it can mean i cant concerntrate (when im supposed to be doing maths ill be thinking about qsmp- the mutilingual minecraft sever) and it just makes life difficult. I also struggle with lots of sensory things, mostly textures, which makes it so i cant touch lots of items without having a reaction, my reaction is i will HAVE to scratch/scrape my hand with something (usually my nail). There are also some sounds i struggle with, if i cant stop/ get away from/quiten them ill just get really overwhekmed and cry. Another thing i do is information dump (Like what im doing here), the way my parents explain it is "everthing that goes in must come out", which basically means anything important/intresting/funny ect i hear i need to repeat it
Honestly, it's been a while and I have to wait so long for videos now, but it's always worth the wait, I love everything, now to find the beginning of this series
Not really on purpose. He forgot where he put the meds (they were in the bathroom) and whenever he got close, he got distracted by something. happens to me A LOT :"D
Yeah- when i first watched this i was like "huh this kind of seems like me most days" i went to doctor recently and found out i do have ADHD! The pills taste horrible
YAY MOTHER NADIA POSTED A NEW VID!!(also the end where keralis was saying that he was going to mouth to mouth xisuma so he would take his meds DAMN that was so fruity also when xisuma said "don't remind me of that" ummm... Can you make when xisuma and keralis had to mouth to mouth when xisuma first got his meds(not forcing also if you feel uncomfortable with making it you don't have too:))or you could make an reaction vid of the hermits(the kids)reacting to this(not forcing too:))
This is so relatable, I have ADHD and whenever I miss my meds I just feel so, well, I came really put it into words but it’s like ---------%-% :&;&)#;& , ya know? And there was a period where I had went like 4 months without them, it’s terrible.
so i just figured out i have adhd, not add, only because when i watched this video, and saw x faint,i knew it,only because after i get home school i yell at my parents about just leaving me alone for once in my life and then fainting as soon as i got to my room,(p.s,yes the medicine is blegh)
my adhd is no where near as bad as whats depicted here but pretty spot on for the more severe cases. for me i just tend to space out most of the time and really only need my meds when im actually doing stuff that requires focus. but im a more mild case. and now that im no longer in school its easier to manage without meds unless again im doing something i know requires focus.
Funny enough I also have adhd and I think in 7th grade my adhd pills ran out and I still had to go to school, I think I had a sensory overload but after that incident I have not had one since.
I agree with X, pills are disgusting but, you have to take them. I was out of school for a week, when I didn't take mine. Anyway, I love this video, 10/10 would watch again!
