Thank you for mentioning that you struggle with shaky hands. I have a condition that causes my hands to be unsteady. And I honestly felt that if I didn’t have a steady hand that I couldn’t ever truly pursue quality art. But, after seeing your work and hearing that you have the same challenges, I think that I gave up on something I love doing without really having to. Thank you. You’ve given me a lot to think about. I’m so impressed with your artwork and your technique. Your videos are easy to follow and make sense even from a layperson’s perspective I feel. Wishing you the best! 😊
"Eyebrows grow out of the skin" LMAO please PLEASE tell the caterpillars over my eyes this! Tell them to settle down and that it's not that serious, lol!
Wow.. you are very talented. I love to draw eyes. I'm in NO WAY as talented as you but I still love creating. I'm just now learning how to use watercolors. Wish me luck!
It is so funny with realism there is still so many artistic license that goes into the colors and shadows, for an example on Eye 3 I personally would have gone more blue like manganese blue or ultramarine. However that’s was makes everyones style different as artists even though we are trying to achieve a similar result, hope my comment helps others, happy painting 🥰
that's so kind, thank you! it is difficult to correct mistakes since watercolor is hard to remove or paint over (unless using a darker color over top). Best bet is to plan really well, use masking fluid, and/or use a brush and some clean water to "scrub" at the paint gently to try and lift what you can if you make a mistake.
Terrific video! I liked it so much that I went back to see your first. They are great. So encouraging and inspirational for others. Thank you for sharing your talents. I hope you’re able to share more of your artistic journey.
Omg I just found you on my feed, and usually I don’t comment on YT videos, but I felt like I had to tell you this: YOU ARE AMAZING ! I absolutely love ur art. It’s wonderful and you inspire me so much to keep exploring new ways to enjoy painting. Please keep posting! 🫶🏼
i think a lot of artists start learning anatomy by having an interest in eyes. they're not overly important over other concepts but i think there's a lot to learn in general with all the form, colors, reflections, and details found in the eyes compared to other parts of the body
