Personally, (this is gonna be long just hang in there babes) I think she should forgive Abby and Blake, because if there is a 13 year age difference between Abby and this girl (can’t remember her name) then she physically cannot take care of her well enough. So she couldn’t have much of a choice but to give them to her parents. But despite how she couldn’t be the mother figure for this girl, she still tried her best to stay in contact, be kind and friendly to her no matter what, and try to act like family despite lying to her. And Abby seems like she deserves forgiveness in my opinion because of how much she went through, being treated like a criminal by her only family, and only having this girl as someone to rely on. (That’s just my opinion though, I really don’t care what anyone thinks because I see both sides of this story)
