Genuine comment. As a model pilot, its really fun watching these amazing videos and having good laughs at these accidents. However I really miss flying and having a good laugh with my club members and fellow pilots. When we crash aircraft, we either laugh it off, others get sad. Yet even when were grounded by Covid-19, we must look up to the skies and enjoy those moments when we’ve crashed. You can’t crash a plane if you’ve never used it, you can’t use it if you never fly it. Most of the posts I make get hearted by RCScale airplanes in regards to memes about Ace combat or War thunder. Please like this comment if you agree with me, you truly miss being in the air. “For many the skies are the limit, for Aviators, the sky is home.”
RCScaleAirplanes I appreciate your video’s, enjoy commenting on your vids, and flying with my friends and club members. I’ll be your wingman anytime my friend.
These models fly and crash like the real ones. Some break, some need minor repairs, some need major repairs, and some need to be scrapped, and started over again! Life in miniature!
2:55 that landing couldn't have gone better. what a great save, landing on the grass and turning at the last second to make it even softer. nice moves, man.
@@lmdetect If you think it's fun to crash a model you have thousands of dollars invested in and hundreds of hours of time working on, you've obviously never flown a model like that.
Was SO obvious it would, just like many other of the crashes...So many hours & money put in to the planes, just to be wrecked by a "Pilot" that doesnt show even the most basic airman-skills....SAD!
I have to say that, until they come in on final, most of these are pretty authentic looking especially at 1:22. That's a great scale angle. Kudos to the photographer. If he put astabilized Osmo or a GoPro on an RC car, followed taxi and takeoff, slowed it down by maybe 1/4 it would be amazing.
Hello my friend. Yes. Unfortunately it can be happen to all Rc pilots. I'm crossing my fingers that they will have more success in 2019 _Best regards, Horst_ 😉👍
_Yes. It was a terrible moment for all of us._ These aircrafts are *_BAE HAWK_* they are looking similar to the T-45 Goosehawk, but without a tailhook. _Thank you for watching and commenting._ 👍😉
Great bit of editing Horst - seemed like wind for some was a distinct factor. Massive ouch with the mid-air collision - very sad. The tri-motor sad too - seemed like a balance problem. Numerous gear malfunctions. Warthog was another sad loss. How well I remember my own flying 'mishaps'! :)
_Thank you Chris_ The Junkers Ju-52 had a failure on the left engine. The midair was really hard to watch. Also the crash of the Warthog. Some of the pilots did a great job on the sticks in order to avoid massive damages. 😉👍
Wow, lots of moments! There will be many pilots that wished they could have a few of those moments back. Great job on the camera as well as with the editing Horst! Thumbs up! 👍👍 Cheers, Bob
_Hi Bob. Some very bad_ *_MOMENTS_* _and great saves as well._ btw. I've missed to capture some other spectacular scenery, but I never want to blame any pilot for what happened at the flightline. _Cheers, Horst_ 😎👊
WOW - very nice compilation horst, still cannot get over the two hawks colliding - did the pilots fight over it in the end ? and the l-39 was lucky as well but that poor a-10 just disintegrated - ouch ! ive shared a few of the Weston park clips on my compilation but just from a different view from my camera - great vid m8,
Imagine if they put miniature smart weapons on them just like the life size fighter jets but smaller. small heat seeking missiles mini artillery guns 😆😆😆 an having dog fights all by remote control mini tamahawk cruise missiles that would be tight talk about thinking outside the box😲🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Now I understand why most of those flying fields have fences up on the flight line. Lol. Because most of those pilots have more money than flying/landing skills. 🤣👍🏼 Great video my friend!! 😉
_Hi my friend._ The fence serve to protect the street at the end of the runway. In this case, due to the wind direction the jet have to approach from the other side. As you can see, it grounded before hitting the fence. _Glad to hear that you like the video._ 😉👍 Cheers, Horst
I couldn’t tell much about their overall flying abilities, but a good percentage of them can’t land for shit. I shouldn’t talk as I don’t have any RC abilities at all, but I will say that if I had that much money invested, I’d know how to land before I took off.
Main mistake is a try to land after a missed approach. I've done this so many times in a simulator that now I know you're gonna wreck whatever plane this way.
_It's, because they know that something is wrong and therefore they are more concentrated on what can be happen, if they make a mistake. All others are feeling save about what they are doing._ 😉
That Junkers 52.. All the commentator said was "Oh,ah!" then it crashed. I bet the controller said something a lot stronger. The same would go for the owner of the Warthog.
I've been watching these RC Plane vids a long time seldom ever comment but these last few videos have some amazing fliers and saves in em really impressive schtoooof....
Yes. Unfortunately it was way too hot that day. This model is well known in Italy. Here is a video from 2011 ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PoXB-y4cpDo.html
Fascinating. I built a Thunder Tiger Heli Raptor 50 (kit). Spent so much time in the details and hovers beautiful but the thought of crashing it haunts me...
Some very good saves here as well ! When you think how much work goes into this it must be a very sad journey home for some flyers, we all hope it will not happen to us, a huge amount of work must have gone into presenting this video, many thanks for posting. Chris B.
_Thank you for your kind comment, Chris._ It's very sad to see planes crashing. I know, it's part of our hobby, but what to do? The clips I sorted out during watching the footages after each event. Therefore it was quite easy to put them together for this compilation. _Cheers, Horst_
