Go find your nearest parish, talk to the priest so he eventually can become your spiritual father our redirect you to someone else he considers worthy of becoming your spiritual father. Then you have to become a catechumen by starting to do your best to live like an orthodox christian, and then when your spiritual father considers you worthy of entering the holy catholic and apostolic church, you will be baptized, chrismated and exorcised. You will be part of the church, and in theory your soul will be saved. You will be able to take communion. But there is no rest in being a Christian, because you always have to improve to become more and more pure. This is a non-stop battle against the evil one, so you have to be humble and accept the fact that you cannot do this struggle alone. Ask Christ for help, ask the Most holy mother of God for help, and ask the saints for help. God bless you and I hope your soul will be saved. If you have any questions, don't hesitate, I know people who can answer them.
There is only one church: the orthodox church, but there are several patriachates. They are in communion with one another, this communion of patriarchates is the church. The choice for a specific patriarchate does not matter for the salvation of your soul, but the church does, so that's why you have to join one to be part of the church. They are just a formality and are not separate churches.
We choose to follow Jesus and be baptised as adults when we understand and decide to follow Jesus, not as babies when we do not understand. We follow Christ not religion. It’s about Jesus not orthodoxy.
